AT&T Store

I was greeted by Alanis ! For a few months I have been having trouble with an app that I use frequently..Alanis was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me as I was telling her about my issues. She helped me get the app working again. Thank you, Alanis for being so great at what you do and for helping me FINALLY resolve my issue. You are THE BEST!

When I walked in, I was greeted by Maddie. I told her that I was looking for a new phone and what features I wanted. She showed me exactly what I wanted. She set up the new phone, ensured my information was transferred, and did the factory reset my old phone. I appreciated her professionalism while still being personable. She was definitely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and without making me feel rushed. My hat is off to Maddie. She represents the AT&T brand extremely well.

Madelyn was super helpful! We had a lot of issues to work through and she stuck with us through it all with intelligence and humor. 10/10 would recommend

I visited this store today to replace my phone and my Apple watch. Richard D. went way above and beyond to assist me. He was very patient and took into consideration my personal needs. I highly recommend him and will be sure to request him if I need assistance at this store later.

Little to no wait time. Sales representative (although appeared indifferent) was well informed and provided prompt assistance. All my questions and concerns regarding my purchase were addressed in a timely manner.

Richard helped me with an upgrade and trade in, he was awesome!! He was so nice and helpful through the whole process and it only took an hour.

Maddie was so nice 👍 She helped my boyfriend when they day before a different employee sent him somewhere else and said they couldn't help him. She was really helpful and friendly!!!

Came in with my husband and kids yesterday to sort out an issue with our service. We signed up for phone plans online and were transferring our numbers from a different carrier. This led to some issues with getting our service activated. We called customer service, and the guy couldn't figure it out and told us to visit a physical location. We went into this location, and our issue stumped even the employee who assisted us, Taylor. But she was determined to help us sort it out and spent an hour with us, utilizing all her resources, and eventually she got our issues resolved. We were really impressed with her customer service skills. She really went above and beyond.

I received the BEST Customer Service from Hunter. Very patient. He knows his products very well. Will recommend Hunter to all my friends and family. AT&T You are so blessed to have Hunter as an employee. He makes you feel at home.

Went in to get service started that another rep had started(a mess) and Paul and Zach got us squared away FAST!!! Also got us into better phones than the ones we were told we had to settle for at origional pre Qual! If you need service or device help....This is your location!!! Thank you gentlemen!

Great Service. Prior to coming to the store I called and spoke with Jonathan to make sure the phone I wanted was there. He assured me that it was and to come in and they would help set me up. I went to the store and was greeted at the door by Sydney who helped me with my purchase. While we were setting up service she looked at my bill and showed how it had me set up with 2 different plans. She switched all lines to the same plan which would save me roughly $40 a month.. Which was a total win in my book.. I was literally in and out within 15 minutes with a new plan and new phone. I would HIGHLY recommend this store. I did run into a problem after I left so I called the store to let them know and my problem was fixed within 5 minutes. You can't beat that. Very friendly and fast service. Thanks for all the help I received.

I came in a couple days ago to get new service with ATT because I had metro and it sucked! The lady I spoke with, I think her name was Erin, was so helpful with picking out the best phone and plan that fit my needs. She was very patient with me and helped my set everything up on my new phone ❤ Best service I’ve ever had!!! I will be back for sure 😊

I love this store! The employees are all excellent and well trained and as we walked in we were helped immediately. That's really impressive! They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any question you have. We are older and they were honest and helped us make a decision on what to do next as far as purchasing another cell phone. I like them all a lot and they deserve an excellent rating for the helpfullness, patience and kindness they showed us. We will be back next week to get a new phone.

We were met by an employee immediately who got right to our needs. We had a baby and unfortunately we both had to be in there. We wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible as our baby and myself are Immune compromise. He was very helpful, friendly, made us feel comfortable, was quick and efficient, and helped get us out quickly.

Assisted me in activating my phone, very friendly and had me up and running in no time.

I switched my business account to this store a year ago. At the time I was dealing with Anthony. He got me all set up and made sure to get everything I needed. He even brought my bill down. Since then I have been to the store muiltple times and Anthony usually helps me. I never have an issue at this store. If he don’t have something in stock he finds a way to get it ASAP and even drove to pick something up for me one time. I have been very happy with Anthony at this store and look forward to coming back every time! Also the wait is not long compared to other AT&T stores.

By far the best experience I have had in an AT&T store. Patty was great. I wanted to activate a new Go Phone as a regular (not prepaid) line to my account and I was literally out of there in less than 5 minutes. Although it helped that I was there right when the store opened, it should not take away from the fact that she was extremely efficient and cordial. Did I mention she was battling a bad case of allergies? Didn't matter. She did not allow that to get in the way of good customer service; which is very rare when you deal with AT&T.
