I went in to upgrade my phone, mine was about to go south. Claudia and Shy were very personable and helped quickly. Claudia helped make sure my phone info transferred over to the newer one. Overall a great experience.

For some reason it looks like this review will be posted as if by Douglas Black (my husband), but I am sharing my own experience as Galina Black.

I went to the Morrisville, NC AT&T store on January 10th to finally get a new phone as my old phone, iPhone 8 (yes, you read it right, version 8), was literally dying. In the years past, we used to go to a bigger location on Walnut street in Cary, but since the Morrisville, NC location was closer to where I live, I decided to give it a try.

The store had one AT&T employee, Kyle Tyson, at the time of my visit. I got his undivided attention from start to finish. I still had my iPhone 8 because I was procrastinating to go and get a new phone and had all these fears in the back of my head such as: "Is it going to take forever to get a new phone?", "Will I be stuck in a store for 2-3 hours?", "Am I going to lose my pictures, notes, apps accumulated over the years during the switch from the old phone to the new one"?

Kyle put an end to all my fears and was very patient explaining how the transition process will work from start to finish and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, the accessories, the cloud storage, etc. etc. I did not feel any push to purchase a certain phone over another phone; I did not feel any sales pitch at all. I did end up buying a few things for the new phone right in the store, and also upgraded our phone data plan from 6 GB to Unlimited.

Excellent, excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable employee! I did not feel rushed and I did not feel like I was asking silly questions. I felt very comfortable asking questions about the new phone and its features since my old phone was purchased so many years ago and things have changed since then.

Since this store is on a smaller size compared to, for example, another location such as on Walnut street, it has everything one needs and this store deserves a chance to shine. You will not be disappointed and your needs, questions, and problems will be taken very seriously and professionally. Thank you, Kyle!

EXCELLENT customer service from Tyson and Claudia- they spent a fair amount of time with us, thoroughly explaining everything and all of our options, and making sure we got every possible discount we were entitled to.

THIS is the AT&T place to go. Kyle and Grant are stellar. Spouse and I went here after an infuriating visit the AT&T corporate store on Walnut St.
Immediately greeted, and asked what could we be helped with - explained it, and a nice fella named Kyle simply said "Yeah, I can fix that, might take a few minutes"

My brick old phone deactivated by another less knowledgeable AT&T employee was back in fine order in about 10 minutes - spouse and I were chatting with both Kyle and Grant as he worked my phone, and recounted our unpleasant visit to the Walnut St store.
BOTH of them apologized for awful service, and patiently explained what had gone wrong with my phone when our other two phones were purchased and activated - simple error, our third phones service hade been imported as if it were to my phone.
Once mine was fixed, both Grant and Kyle asked f they could do anything else - on the spot, my spouse said, "Yes, we want to get another new phone now -"

So - some fine customer service, and a new phone purchase n less than 30 minutes - this is how you keep customers happy.

Bravo to Kyle and Grant, we won't go to another location now!

Went in today to check on a new iPhone. Shi greeted me when I walked in, and no matter what he was working on while I was there he greeted and made welcome every person that walked in. He was able to answer all my questions, reviewed my plan with me and compared my current Google Fiber plan to what I could get with ATT.
It’s refreshing to be treated so well in a retail environment and uncommon to find people like Shi. I upgraded two phones while there and will return Friday to have him transfer my data from my current phone. This store will be my new go to.

Shi & Kyle gave exceptional customer service that is extremely rare to find. They took hours to solve a complex problem that was not of their doing, all the while juggling multiple other clients. I hope they will be recognized accordingly by the company ($$$).

I was hesitant to go here at first as the last two reviews didn’t seem great. I was greeted instantly by Dana, my representative that day. She was being helped by the manager on duty with my issue, as I have been to three stores the last three weeks to get this fixed. I believe the managers name was Kevin or something similar to that. This staff was absolutely the best one I’ve worked with. They wore masks but you could tell they had a smile the entire time! They fixed my issue quickly and even saved me a few bucks on my services! They were nothing but attentive and understanding. I will admit, I was quite upset when I first got there! They were professional and understanding, allowing me to vent a little before getting down to business and explaining everything clearly. I can’t speak for every customer, but this store is FOR CERTAIN the one I will drive from Burlington to visit from now on! Thank you both for your help!
