CVS

Always treated professionally and politely. The staff understands what everyone is going through. Occasionally, there are lines; just like any other store.
We have choices; we can wait, do other shopping in the store, or come back another time. The pharmacy staff is doing everything they can to help each and every customer.
As long as I live around this CVS, I will be their customer. My expectations have been met and exceeded many times.

12+ year customer

Given the hindering restrictions and constantly changing/reducing number of hours and staff this store endures, it maintains a very high standard.

Geoffrey and Katherine exemplify the standard of service that has spoiled this customer, in spite of the store being technologically ignored (no auto-fill machines, failing printers and server &/or power outages).

Only lately have customers begun to experience lag in the turn around of new prescriptions, due in part to the vaccinations that aren't adequately staffed and the corporate bean counters reducing pharm-tech hours week to week regardless of obvious signs the staff are under pressure and over worked.

Ask anyone and they would say they'd rather receive an accurately counted, priced and correct medication than to receive overworked/rushed-induced errors that could result in harm to CVS customers.

In the end, CVS corporate tends to mistreat and undercut its higher performing stores and throwing money at the mismanaged and failing stores. I wonder how long it'll take for Mt Airy CVS to either realize they just need to purposely slow down and miss their #s -OR- the store suffers a major exodus that will cost CVS more in the long run.

I’ve been here for shopping a few times throughout the last few years.
I had a great experience with my Covid-19 vaccinations here in 2021.
I have also gotten passport photos taken here a year or so ago.
I have never had a bad experience here. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I've been here alot the past 2 years for prescriptions and shots and have never had a bad experience. Even in the past year when everyone is short staffed. Thank you for all you do.

CVS, Twin Arch Shopping Center, is THE BEST. Our many prescriptions are filled through this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are extremely professional AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. Jeffrey, Pharmacy Assistant, is the greatest. He goes above and beyond when we need help with our prescriptions. We thank all of you.

I only ever have good experiences here. I have come here for meds, shopping, passport photos, and my Covid vaccine. The staff are always friendly and warm. Bigger store on the inside than it looks from the outside, too.

Good store. People are nice. There is an incredibly beautiful girl who works back in the pharmacy. A goddess. She is probably the most beautiful girl in Mount Airy.

Went to pick up a prescription very close to closing time.Pharmacist Tina and her helper also offered a flu shot even though it was late and they were quite busy. Thanks!!!!!

Im new to this store and i have no issues. Covid regulations are enforced. Everyone's pleasant, no mix ups.

Most of the staff in pharmacy are nice but the store is DIRTY and kinda gross... looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, esp. the front door and counters. In the age of COVID they may want to clean a little. Everything else is fine.

The lines for prescription pick is way too long. Usually only 1 person is working at any given time.

Typical CVS. Friendly and clean are plusses. Parking sucks and so does no drive -thru.
