Rare customer service at its best. The cashier was knowledgeable, helpful and in encouraging me to know if why was an office depot, registered customer, I found out that I saved a few more pennies .

Hilltop North in Va Beach employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this store over the others in the area. David went above and beyond to help us.

Office Max at Hilltop in Virginia Beach consistently provides top service and is well maintained.

Self-service copies were working great, had easy-to-use computer screens/instructions, and were available on Sunday during a holiday weekend. ;-)

Always well-organized and usually easy to find what I'm looking for - if they have it. Their Rewards program is also nice because sometimes it means an unexpected discount on general supplies. Lots of the supplies and office furniture that I purchased from this store has lasted me for years. I have also run into friends a few times while visiting this particular store, which is fun!

With every home office organization project I do, I can count on Office Depot Office Max to have the items necessary to complete the project professionally.

Been printing a good amount of Home School items here at this location. The print team is super helpful, patient, and makes sure the job is done right. Very pleased with their dedication, professionalism, end product, and great customer service!

Great service and selection of products. Sometimes online is just too slow. Office Depot saved my business yesterday. We still need brick and mortar businesses in society. They still play a big part in our daily lives…If we allow them too!!

Office supplies are slightly expensive but the large variety of items make shopping there easy.

I went into Office Depot tonight with what I thought was a small job that I could simply print myself. However, due to the card limitation on the self serve machines it would have required me to use my card an absorbent amount of times. Due to a deadline I felt that Office Depot could not meet my needs for printing and was frustrated until Scott the manager came to my rescue and despite their busy night and a 2ish hour time from closing pulled out a miracle. Thanks to Scott for his wonderful dedication to customer satisfaction and his commitment to his work that he made it happen for me with only 1 card swipe. Thank you!

Office Depot's Toner $2 per cartridge return credit is great. You can't get that from other online office products sites (Amazon).

Absolutely the best Tech Staff ..at any retail store.. yep. .. and they diagnose and fix stuff free.. most of the time ...on software issues..

They honor other competitors prices.. and help you save money!

Absolutely amazing!!! This used to be an Office Max, but they remodeled everything and opened up as an Office Depot. But it's not like an Office Depot. It's not the old Walmart style warehouse. It's very modernized, and the service was awesome. Their real game changer was their new Business Pro. They have like a concierge now for all small to medium sized businesses for virtually everything, now if I ever need anything for my business, I just call him up, and he takes care of the rest. Pretty clutch! I'll definitely be coming back!!!

This is a nice Office Depot location. It used to be OfficeMax, but it changed and it is new and renovated. the store is very organized and large. The customer service is amazing and there are many great deals. You can also donate school supplies to local schools.🙂

Best assortment of a complete sphere of office products. Staff is thoughtful and doesn't talk down for older people who are not tech savvy.

We just went in to buy a shredder and printer for home use and experienced great customer service at this office max location. Shannon answered all our our questions and helped us get everything we needed for the new printer and shredder. Micheal was great at the register !
