I just happened apon a sale and some clearance sale in the store and I couldn't help myself to at least have a look around. Well that's were I messed up because I ended up buying 9 different outfits for only$125, the first time. The second time I was able to get 5 outfits for $75, I no longer have to buy school clothes or supplies but everyone needs to know that you can't beat the selection in the different things plus the pricing now. If you do still have to do that school shopping I implore you to get to the nearest Belk store and just have a look around. You will be amazed at how much stuff you get for not even half the price.

When I go to Belks, I am visiting Estee Lauder. I've had nothing but a great experience there. These ladies are very polite, and kind and know exactly how to treat a customer. Vicki is the best. I have been her customer for years and She has always been very kind.

They have a good selection of everything. I hope they stay and the malls make a comeback.

Look for online sales and save a lot of money. Great selection of clothes and easy to make returns if needed.

Very Nice, Clean and extremely organized considering this time of year. Plenty of employees to take care of their customers. Prices were Awesome w lots of areas 60 to 70% off. Thanks for saving my family money this year. We’ll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a full department store in town, it was clean and well stocked. On my first visit, I did not feel welcome. I actually filled out a survey with my honest feedback, which I almost never do. To my surprise, the manager reached out to me personally. She was so sweet. I appreciated her authenticity, she genuinely wanted to make it right. I will be back again! :)

*update, the manager and Belk team sent me a sweet surprise thank you in the mail. It was completely unexpected, and truly touched my heart! I can see that the management really cares about taking care of people, not just counting transactions, as has become the norm for many chain businesses. The manager who contacted me referred to her customers as “guests,” which says a lot. I hadn’t spent a lot of money on that fateful first visit, but regardless, she went out of her way, above and beyond, to let me know that all are welcome. <3 Fantastic, I will be back for regular shopping, and to rediscover the excitement of shopping for fun! <3

They have had a lot of deal's lately, I just hope their not going to shut it down like everything else in the mall

They actually had a huge selection of things to chose from & most, if not all, were on sale for 20% to 50% off the listed price that was already a pretty good deal. The store wasn't real crowded, we didnt have to wait in the checkout line at all & the few employees we did have to speak with were all very friendly. We plan on going back the week after Thanksgiving so hopefully my opinion doesn't change on that trip lol If all trips were as pleasant as this trip i would shop there more often! Everything on this trip was A+ and/or 5⭐ for sure!

Love Belk. They have some beautiful clothes, shoes, accessories for the whole family. They have a wonderful cosmetics department with all the premium brands and wonderful selection of fine fragrances. My new favorite thing about Belk is the fantastic deals they have! Great coupons and discounts.

The staff in the Belks Jewelry Dept in the Ft. Henry Mall are fantastic. Carolyn assisted us on Valentine's Day. She is very knowledgeable and gives wonderful customer service. We will shop there again.

I love Parks Belk in Norton, Va. They’re all nice there. They just aren’t a big store so I have to say I love the one in Kingsport better. I was told they quit ordering Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda in Short. I have to buy all of mine in Kingsport. I usually order them but I love going there. What’s this about quit selling Short or Petite jeans? We were born to be short, it’s not our fault. The short are too long nowadays. I’m 5’2” and I can’t do anything about it but I have to have jeans!

Amazing customer service. One nice girl followed me around the whole store telling me what color clothes are since I'm colorblind.
