The UPS Store

I needed to ship something out with a prepaid label and internal qr code and James helped me out tremendously. He was courteous and ensured my labels were printed from the in store computer and even helped place the Invoice sheet on the inside without opening or tearing up the package. Such a wonderful experience and the best I've ever had at a UPS store.

I needed to print a label to make a return and didn’t know how to do it. Zack was patient, kind and helpful. He figured it out and sent the package. Thanks Zack!

Mary was so helpful today! I was in and out of the store. She helped me print my label and shipped my bag for me. Definitely recommend all customers to come to this store.

Every visit to this UPS store has been great for me. I visit this store quite frequently and have never been disappointed. The staff are quick, courteous and friendly. I recently had them pack and mail a 42 piece China set. James, who packed and completed the mailing was professional, competent, friendly and did a fantastic job! It was a job well done & I’ll be looking for him for other packing jobs.

Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and made it easy to get my package shipped. Will definitely be coming to this location again, it's my favorite<3

The owner is so kind and considerate. I am going here since last 3 years for shipping and print outs. One day a employee made small mistake of shipping the package to wrong address. The owner gave me overnight shipping free. I can trust them with my documents.

I recently visited this location to return an item from Amazon. The woman at the counter was very helpful and made my transaction quick an easy! I didn't know Amazon had included a QR code which was contained in their email. In fact, I didn't even know what a QR code was but she helped me find it in the email on my cell...and I didn't even have to print out a shipping label. Very patient and helpful!!!

My guy Zack was very helpful. I had fought with another UPS about a return for weeks. I came here and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Amazing team!!!! Very pleased and satisfied with their service. Was given my grandparents good plates 70+ yrs old and they wrapped it really good. Didnt have time to ship but at least had them done to keep in storage qnd ready for shipment. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This is the best UPS location I've ever been to! The employees here are very competent and patient! Never had a problem, especially smooth drop off process for Amazon returns. Love this place

This is a great store! My favorite place for Amazon returns! Every time I go in they are helpful and efficient. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this particular store in the Acme shopping center on Route 33.

I am so confused as to why this store has such allow reviews. I’ve been a few times to return text books and each time I’m greeted with a smile and in and out within a minute (no exaggeration). Efficient and friendly!

I don't understand the negative reviews, I had no issues whatsoever. The man at the counter was polite and friendly. I was able to go in and get out in less than two minutes.
