Love this place. Ridiculously low prices and huge selection. From head to toe Columbia has you covered in the latest and greatest gear and clothing.

We were looking for specific PFG clothing items. The outlet at Silver Sands had a nice selection. The store was clean, neat and organized. ERIC is a standout. He was very helpful and went out of way to dig through inventory to help locate a specific shirt. Debbie was also helpful.

I did all of my Christmas shopping there it was well worth the drive

My favorite store ever especially if you are looking to buy fishing type clothing. I have always been a huge Columbia fan, but now I'm even a bigger fan now that I ended up buying a bunch of their PFG (Performance Fishing Gear.) Its great clothing to wear on a 100 degree day out on the ocean or the lake. It will keep you cool with the material and ventilation they made the clothing with. GREAT JOB COLUMBIA!!!!

So many sales and customer service was great

Good selection and great staff. The manager Rachael went above and beyond to resolve a gift card that got lost in cyber space. She kindly spent hours on the phone and making sure the customer (me) got the new refunded gift card and was able to complete my new purchase. I'm a local and will return for more outdoor clothes.

This place is just exceptional. They have wonderful customer service including a periodic check in from staff asking if you needed anything and explaining that the fitting rooms were open. They offer a 20% military discount during my visit because it was close to Presidents’ Day weekend. This is the best equipment that you can get for the money. I absolutely love Columbia clothing in equipment and have used it in the outdoors for many many years.

One of my favs! Stock was little low on available sizes/styles this visit but it was right after the back to school buying rush/tax free sales so that’s understandable! Over the years, this store is always one of my top 5 favorite stores for gifts, shirts, shorts, jackets, and T-shirts for value, brand, quality, style, and selection. Helpful and kind staff are willing to look for what you need. Love this store!

I have to give credit to their customer service. I had bought a shirt in their store a week ago that was a size XL according to the hanger but I didn’t realize until I got to my home in TN that the shirt was actually a Small. I called the store and they got me in touch with their manager Chris and he was super nice and helpful and is allowing me to mail it back and in return will send me the right size. I have to admit I didn’t expect it to go this smoothly but I am impressed and very happy with how they resolved it!

Very impressed to the cashier who handle very well to a rude customer that cut the line. I was waiting in line to get rung up when this lady just went straight to the cashier and said she need to get ring up ASAP because somebody waiting for her very rude just because we don’t look like we from this country you just past us like you didn’t see us. The line was not even long she was like next to me if she would us me if she can go first then I would have let her.save her from shame. I want to thank to the cashier that did the right thing and not let the rude lady gets her way.

I love Columbia than the other competitors. This particular location has a good selection of merchandise which are properly organized. The staffs are helpful and attentive. Will definitely return if I’m ever in town.

Have to admit customer service was excellent for my visit. I've had previous Columbia hiking slacks, and being taller, it is difficult for me to find anything that fits, but also has enough stretch to flex easily so one is not uncomfortable while enjoying photography such as wildlife and landscape as well as driving.
This is one of few places with the line for plus size too (I wear plus size).
Will be going back for a couple more pairs ..

I had an experience two weeks ago in that store, I forgot my bag and when I realized this, 5 hours had already passed, I spoke with them and they quickly located it, they gave me details of my bag and the best thing about this is that they made it for me get to the door of my house since I do not live in Florida, without a doubt that store has the best honest workers because my bag arrived intact with all my belongings, thank you very much to that person for what he did for me 😀😀
