Erik is killin it! He’s very easy to get along with and listens well and is eager to help you with anything to help your AT&T experience be absolutely top notch and very enjoyable. Texarkana on state line store beside McDonald’s. Go see him, you won’t regret it I promise!

It wouldn’t let me leave another review but here it is anyway lol I live an hour away from any AT&T store and my boy Erik stayed open late to get me taken care of after I got off work, he’s a real standup guy and really does a great job making his customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Customer for life right here.

It was the very best experience ever of a phone store. Desmond was excellent he needs a promotion and a large raise. Do not let this young man slip away excellent employees are hard to find and it would be bad for AT&T for him to go to a competitor

Erik provided the most thorough efficient and rapid service I’ve ever encountered in an AT&T store. Folks in town said the Stateline store in Texarkana was the one to visit and they were right.

Leo and Abby assisted me on three different days, with replacing a damaged phone including restoring previous content which was difficult in my case. They went above and beyond and were absolutely phenomenal! Please acknowledge them!

My daughter and I went in to buy a new phone. The workers were so helpful and knowledgeable of all products and services provided. I would highly recommend the AT&T Store on Stateline Ave. Service was fast and we were out of the store in a reasonable time.

I walked in and worked with kenDaniel he was absolutely amazing very fast and I absolutely loved him. This store has changed drastic and is worth checking out, just make sure you get the new guy he is best I've ever worked with and I work with people everyday. That is a leader right there. I used to come into that store and got no help ever...The store atmosphere or something has changed. He is a keeper so please don't lose that guy or that store won't last. Lol. That is the experience I look forward to when I spend hundreds of dollars a month on phones. Kudos to that young man. BTW I love my new pro max. Just need a watch now. Can't wait to work with the guy again. ---also the sign outside is low I could barely see it behind the McDonald's bush, make it taller??

I personally wasn't there for any particular reason but I did accompany two of my friends. She purchased an IPhone 11 and I had a conversation with Joe Bob who was the associate we encountered. I would like to personally give Joe Bob a shout out and give the five stars to him. He was a very well educated associate and very easy to talk to. He kept me on the edge of my swiveling seat and I was hanging on every word he said. 👏

Went in for what i thought was a simple upgrade. ended up being way more involved with computer issues. But the lady's working there were super helpful. And went above and beyond, staying with me until the new phone was connected. Best customer service around.

I went in today thinking I was going to have to buy a brand new phone. But, the moment we walked in, this kind lady greeted us with a smile & said, let's come over & take a look at it. & it was like less than a minute & she had it on. She said, "Ohh! Huhh!". I asked if she knew what she did & she told me.
