This pharmacy gave me a glucometer, strips, and lancets. The brand they provide was not covered by my insurance, or even in stock at this store. I received the lancets and strips and paid out of pocket at another store for the meter. This action is absolutely unprofessional. They could have easily check the preferred brands and given me the correct product. Now I have spent over $150 on test strips. Ridiculous!

Quite literally ruined my opinion on CVS. Went to pick up my prepaid online order and the rude cashier up front charged me again for it. Because the items are non refundable, they would not refund me for their cashier’s mistake. Will never go to a cvs again after this experience. I spoke to three employees, including the store manager, and many customer service employees and they all refused to refund me. Be careful trusting that the employees here are well informed on policies and procedures. I am so angry I trusted their word over my knowledge.

Called ahead to mage sure this location does passport photos, and was told they do. When I arrived the lady refused to take them bc they were kids. I tried to assure her that they ate just like adults- they can stand in front of the white background and look at a camera. She still wouldn't even try. Very frustrating. So I went to Walgreens and they did it in less than 10 min. Poor customer service CVS!

The older woman at the register this afternoon was so rude and nasty, I put my items back and didn't purchase anything. I know it's tough getting staff during these times but replace her as soon as you can. She should not be working with the public.

I been to 5 different cvs locations to take some passport pictures every Camara are broken if it not broken its out of ink

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible here. They had me sitting for 20 when my prescription was in a basket right behind her. These women are pitiful, they made me wait for absolutely no other reason than them being hateful and disrespectful.
