WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I had surgery on my gums on Tuesday. I went in around 5 pm to get my prescription filled. I was told to come back at 7:30 when I got there. The prescription wasn't filled! I waited while they served the drive-through and other people in the store. I stood at the counter to get things moving and the lady at the counter talked about me to a customer. Saying “ I'm trying but they are in my face waiting” How rude and unprofessional!!!
My prescription was Tylenol 3, I take 2 every 4 hours. I got home and saw I was shorted two pills but I let it go because I was in too much pain to travel back. I called around 5:19 and spoke to a lady with a strong accent to get a refill today. The lady told me to come in at 6:15 to get them. I get there and I'm told by Adam and another young girl with long hair that I can't get a refill because I just came in the night prior. They blamed it on her being an intern or technician. Sounds like a lack of training and it was a waste of my time! The Lady with the long hair has been very pleasant. I don't see anything wrong with her customer service. It's the older people there!!!!
Then the manager ADAM. Tries to insinuate that I'm abusing them bc he says my supply should've lasted three days!!!!! How?? When I was shorted I'm taking them for pain every four hours!! I didn't have the time or energy to go back and forth with him. The ending result was he checked his account and it was under or over whatever lie he told. He told me I could come get my refill tomorrow. After I pick up my refill I will never patronize that pharmacy again!!!!! The world we live in!! Wow!!! Please go to Walgreens or the location in Douglasville!

I called the pharmacy around 7:50 to see if they could fill my daughter's prescription after leaving urgent care at Camp Creek. I know they close at 8pm, but I had a simple question. A young lady placed me on hold as soon as she picked up the phone. I knew she was going to hang up the phone at 8pm because she never came back, so I pulled up being that I was down the street. Standing in line at 7:56 and still on hold. I watched her hang up the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Why answer? I usually come to this pharmacy with no problem but this is my first time seeing this girl named CYON. She saw a familiar face in the line. He said how are you? She said ready to go! That's obvious! Glad I walked in to get her name, but the guy helped me at the register! This review is just for this situation with this employee!

After a year of visiting this pharmacy, I have to say that this will be my last experience and one I will never forget. Very rude staff on hand. This team is extremely nasty over the phone with their customers and should be properly trained on how to treat those who are often in pain and dealing with illness. I will NEVER visit this pharmacy again or provide them with my business. Treat people the way you would like to be treated is the motto.
