Starbucks

I went through the drive through this morning. I was treating myself to Starbucks since I endured the yearly mammogram. Anyway, I was nervous and told the person that I didn't know what to order and that I was intimidated. The loveliest of humans didn't skip a beat, helped me narrow down my preferences and ordered something DELICIOUS. He made me feel so welcome and valued even though I was new. Thank you coffee angel! ❤ I will go back to this location!

We visit Suffolk from Lynchburg, VA a few times a year. When we visit, we go to this Starbucks almost everyday ALWAYS friendly, drinks consistently good!! Love to go out of town and feel like we are a part of the community! Thanks to the employees of this Starbucks!

Well another Starbucks this time out in technically Suffolk Virginia.

We enjoyed all of our favorite coffees including the dragon fruit a white mocha and for me the cold brew. I really wanted the pistachio cold brew but they're all out of the flavoring so the vanilla was a great second and it was delicious.

The breakfast sandwiches were great they weren't overcooked and the bread wasn't hard even around the edges.

They always greet me when I come in and pretty much all the staff know my every day drink iced venti Carmel macchiato with whole milk 5 blonde espresso shots extra caramel drizzle and whip cream. It's like a refreshing milk shake to me that gets me through my day with ease without a caffeine crash like mountain dew did me for years.

Super friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Seating was readily available and the coffee drink was made well and tasted great. Wasn't too busy or too loud for doing some light reading.

Flawless drink experience, exactly what I wanted. Meghan the manager truly cares about her team, the business, and her customers. I'm new to the area and this was a wonderful visit!

Beautiful inside and out just like the employees attitude and positive vibes. I had a perfectly made cold brew with the perfect balance of heavy cream and almond milk. The stock is organized for the cups and the tables are clean. The bathroom was nice and well cared. The best of starbucks so far I have seen this month in Virginia ❤🖤

On the rare occasion I go in the afternoon they're usually pretty slow, but I usually go in the mornings and they're very quick. Also nice staff

Ordered drive thru. The line was long but went pretty fast. Ordered a few different drinks with food. Every order was correct and fresh. The employee at the window was very friendly and even took a minute to answer the joke of the day posted on the drive thru window. From the window the store looked visibly clean and the employees were wearing masks properly. As for pricing... its Starbucks they have always ran expensive but I figure they make up for it in taste and service!

Delicious!. My daughter said her frozen drink was a work of art! It was beautiful and awesome! My drink was too.. Friendly and helpful staff as always! That is why we go there.

Good coffee and similar items. This location is slightly larger than other locations with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

OMG the customer service is excellent. We bought a chai latte before starting a road trip. That latte was straight trash! I googled the closest Starbucks on the way to our destination. There is no turning around when road tripping. The manager replaced the lattes and made them herself with love!

Stiff coffee, gotta like that. Otherwise the new Starbucks off Rt.10 in Suffolk is roomy with an industrial design and feel to the huge space. With an abundance of tables comes an abundance of electrical outlets for your device.
Staff has matured into their positions one may notice as they seem always preoccupied with some details to a beverage.
Price's seem exactly the same as the other shops.
The patio overlooks the parking lot and above it all is the ramp for route 10 and bipass 58/460. Yup! A busy area with a new hotel just down the street, dollar store and Verizon wireless has a outlet just in view of Starbucks drive thur window. They feature that too.
Overall a good spot and yea i can't get over the size and feel of the room. Yet the music is modern and not industrial which could be just what they need but it ain't in the Starbucks business plan to play industrial in Suffolk. Maybe in geek centers of the country.
Open most nights until 9, open early like they all do.

First time trying Starbucks i let them decide for me , I got the Mocha Drizzle taste like a vanilla milkshake 👍👍👍👍👍👍 it was good

Stopped this morning while on a quick trip to the area. Such a cute location and the staff was so friendly and inviting. Hands down the best experience at any Starbucks location.

The friendless and accuracy of the staff was delightful. Carmel Frappicino was excellent. Meow was working the drive thru. She had an amazing personality.
