The UPS Store

The staff at this store in Mt Airy, have been the most helpful and respectful staff that I have encountered in many years. The staff is mostly younger men, that go above and beyond. I am frequently in their store, and have always been greeted the moment the door opens. This is very unusual now days. The staff are all so so polite and eager to help. I have always been so impressed. I decided to write a review. So often people only write about bad experiences, but this is my glowing review for the staff at this store. I look forward to doing business there. Thank you to the entire staff. Y’all are doing an awesome job! Thanks for all your hard work and making the customers feel important.

The young man who helps me every time I go in (Dontay?) consistently goes above and beyond, is respectful, and always has a positive and good humored attitude. He's a great example of how people should do the job and do it well. If I could give the guy a bonus I would - this is the best I can do, so I'm hoping you will bonus him, and hang on to him as long as you can. The whole staff reflect this attitude and work well together as a team.

Good first time experience. Brandon, the young man who waited on me, was obviously eager to do his job well and he did just that. I had a yellow pages phone book size of papers to send and assumed it would be very expensive but it was only 14 dollars and arrived the very next day. Granted, it wasn't that far away, but still, in terms of delivery, I got what Brandon told me I'd get. So great job UPS for hiring good people like Brandon who gets things done and does them well.

I was there today (1/2/23) and it was busy. The young men working were exceptional. They handled multiple customers with returns and pick up and questions all with professionalism and kindness not seen in a while. Hands down the best experience.

I’ve been in this place probably 30-40 times in the last few years and every time every employee is awesome! Sometimes there is a short wait but this office and the management is a shining example of what a business staff should be. Good on you guys!

Philip was incredibly helpful repackaging an Amazon return order for me - retaped it for free and helped fit everything in. Super efficient and helpful!

I use this UPS store on a very regular basis. I had to send a package overnight for a Saturday morning delivery. This delivery was missed (do to no fault of the store).

The team at the store helped me track down the shipment and kept me informed on the redelivery and the status of a refund due from UPS (not the store).

Normally we do not think much about businesses we use when 'all goes well'. This store took ownership when things didn't go well, due to no error on their part. They represent UPS in a very good fashion,

The best customer service here. Unlike Germantown UPS. This is my go-to UPS for all of my shipping needs.

I live in Texas and have used this UPS store several times now to ship goods from an auction there. They are always wrapped very carefully and arrive safely. The Staff is courteous and cooperative and goes the extra mile even when you can tell they are busy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The service could not be better. There’s two tall young men who work in there, and they are paying attention. They get you through as quick as they can. In and out.

Really the best customer service experience in Mount Airy. One of the guys recognizes me, I go in like once a month for the same thing.

Who ever trained them, I’d suggest training the other customer service people in like airy. And I’d give these guys a raise.

The staff at this store went above and beyond on a printing job for me. Even though I gave them short notice, they printed, laminated, cut apart and hole-punched sheets and sheets of bookmarks that I needed for an event. They did an excellent job and completed the project ahead of schedule. No more driving an extra 20 miles to their larger competitor! How wonderful it is to have such excellent printing services in my own backyard!

Literally the best UPS store I've ever been to. Great work!

The Notary service was top notch. Chin was very helpful and professional. Not only that, but both employees were kind and generous with their time. I walked in at 5:55pm and Notary services end at 6pm. Chin did not hesitate to help me. What a great guy. Thank you Mount Airy UPS!

I was in this morning and experienced exceptional service from the two guys who run this store. They always greet everyone kindly and are so knowledgeable; they couldn't be nicer. I am always in and out of this store so quickly. I truly appreciate their assistance.
