Very close to my home and office and excellent service . They open early . Always nice and courteous . NATE offered a wonderful service , did the packaging . Gave me different options . Thank you !!

I had a great experience at this store. I had an urgent need to notarized some personal documents. The UPS employee provided me with fast service understanding my urgency while also being professional and courteous. I recommend this store to anyone seeking a notary or packing and shipping needs, or simply great service.

Walked in to place a packaging order which is usually a pain since i dont do it often , a MR.Alex Lopez-Lima helped me get it done and filled put correctly. Best help ive recieved in a while for mailing something. MANAGEMENT SHOULD RECOGNIZE A GOOD EMPLOYEE. if ups keeps more employees like alex they will definetly get more business . Will recommend to friends

I came in this week for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. A young girl by the name of Andrea was really kind and helpful. I had to return an Amazon package but was very confused on how to do it but she guided me and made the process quite simple!

During these Covid times, it seems like a lot of people and places have lost their touch for customer service. And while that is understandable given how hard things have been, it was very refreshing to be greeted with such a kind and friendly person like her. You can tell she is someone who truly likes to help others. I’m the type of person that finds returning things by mail such a cumbersome task and it takes a lot for me to finally get up and do so (especially during this holiday season!) However, walking into this store did not feel like that. She helped make things as smooth as possible and it was such a pleasure not only interacting with her, but seeing how she interacted with everyone that came her way. It really makes all the difference when you’re not treated like just any other face walking through the door. Thank you Andrea!

i was vacationing in Key Biscayne and in the rush of check out- I did not pack my computer bag! UPS store helped retrieve the computer case. packaged it very well in bubble wrap and box with insurance and sent it to Texas. Thank YOU so much! I would have had no way of getting it from the hotel. Thanks to Cesar who went out of his way to help me. much appreciated.

Dan took care of me so graciously from the moment I entered the store. It may have only been 3 weeks, but this store is rocking. Customers came by in a steady stream, but Dan nimbly helped them and still worked with me on painstakingly copying a children's book I had written many years ago and wanted to give as a gift to my grandchildren. Congrats to the owner for hiring such a great shopkeeper and yea for Key BIscayne!

Excited that we finally have a UPS Store in Key Biscayne. Staff is professional and Courteous. Because they are locally owned, they can provide an array of custom services which are difficult to replicate. I have lived in Key Biscayne since 1968. I highly recommend this business to all residents of the island.

Helpful caring staff which try to save you money rather than other some UPS stores which like to charge you more for packing materials. Would definitely recommend.
