Lush Cosmetics The Summit at Reno

Today we went to Lush in Reno, Nevada @ The Summit. It was a wonderful experience, & Josh is a wonderful worker. He was very informative, helpful, & gave us samples in store & to go! Lots of product & wonderful smells. Thanks Josh we will be back!!!

I was ecstatic when this store opened. I didn't have to drive 2 hours to Lush anymore. This store is amazing and they get great new items. Bree and the rest of the staff are so passionate about products. They're really fun to chat with!

The Reno Lush is fantastic! It's always clean, organized, and the staff are so friendly. Alex let my daughter test a bath bomb in the store to make sure it would be sparkly enough for her ✨

Walking in you kind of get overwhelmed by all of the product, but the employees at the new Reno location, Luna & Hannah were so kind and helpful with picking out gifts for the holidays. They made my life so easy even though I was a bit indecisive! Thank you ladies so much! I appreciate you all so much!

It is a lush store so you know the products are top shelf. It is the people in the store that make it or break it. The two Ladys that were working are the ones that get the 5 stars. 12 out of 10, I will go back into the store, and i dont like going into stores. Yaz rules!!!

Luna and Bree were very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Luna asked if I was looking for anything specific and pointed me in the right direction. Luna helped me understand many different products and was very good at describing the smells of each one. I had a stressful day and these two made me forget all about it with a big bag of Lush. Thank you!

FANTASTIC and knowledgeable staff!! I'm SOO happy there's a lush in Reno! (Just wish they were more central but thats no fault of this location!) Clean store, well maintained product, and I can't overstate how 10/10 it all was. (Thanks for dealing with our scatter-brained group and helping make my friends Bday magical yesterday as a side note✨)

We have been waiting for a Lush to come to our area for quite some time. When we stopped by this location a few days ago (as soon as we could) we were not let down one bit! The smell of the store when we opened those glass doors was intoxicating. The creative and colorful display of soaps and bath bombs — alongside a Pride display — made us feel excited to check it all out.

We were happily greeted by Luna, who was one of the most upbeat, professional and inclusive individuals I'd ever met at a Lush store. While she was balancing multiple shoppers she still made us feel welcome and showed genuine interest in what brought me and my husband to the store. Luna made me aware that you could rent out their space for a fun event (with light alcohol) and even make your own bath bombs with their team.

We left more than happy, and will continue to give Lush our money, because the products and the service always feels above and beyond.

Very nice shop. The lady who helped us was amazing! My daughter has issue with eczema. She used a hand cream that work better than her prescription. So glad we now have Lush in Reno!

I should have asked her for her name but the girl was so so flipping nice. My hair milk’s nozzle was all janky and I went in to ask only for a replacement nozzle, and she insisted on just trading me for a new bottle entirely. Considering half of it was wasted because of the nozzle, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Omg amazing customer service and samples along with gift wrapping for our purchase from JOSH they helped us from beginning to end and was so knowledgeable of product I really enjoyed this store and the products amazing !!!

Walked in twenty minutes before they closed and was expecting to either be turned away or not spoken to (worked retail, totally get it, would have acted the same), but oh my goodness. Josh was the nicest human being ever, welcoming us in with a warm smile. Josh took the time to walk us through the soaps and bathbombs we were looking at, explaining what each one did, what it had in it, etc. Took such good care of us even though it was so close to closing time. The shop was clean, bright, beautiful. The bathbombs have the cutest display rack and the store was so pleasant to be in. Had such an amazing experience I had to call customer care and tell them how incredible the employees at this store are. Thank you so much!! <3

Kyra greeted me right when I walked in the door. She continued to check-in to make sure I had everything I needed. Very bubbly and personable!

I stopped in to see what Lush was all about today, I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady. I think her name was Caitlyn. She appeared to be alone, but she was able to give me a tour of the store and gave fantastic suggestions on how to build a personal routine using their products which helped me immensely. After all the help she gave me, I cant imagine shopping anywhere else ever again. I do believe I’m completely hooked for life, thanks to her.

The best shampoo bar and lotion for face and body I’ve found anywhere at any price. Lasts 3 months. I’ll never use drug store brands again. Such nice gifts too. I used this brand in Europe and I’m so glad they opened a store here. Products cheaper than Sephora and much better quality without all those chemicals. Great customer service. My online birthday present was held up at customs and they shipped me another for free. I mean 🥰 I couldn’t be happier.

I was JUST in there and I can’t remember the girls name but I do remember that she has a frog tattoo and told me about her frog named Wilbur! She was SO sweet I absolutely LOVED her! I can’t express how much I just adored her and her customer service! I loved lush already but I love it even more now! There was another person whose name I also didn’t get but they were so sweet as well!

The atmosphere was amazing, everything was easy to find and the manager, Josh, was a huge help! On top of that he was super friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Shoutout to Luna who went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. So friendly and helpful made my shopping experience pleasant. Will most definitely be returning

Beautiful store, friendly employees as always! Love finally having a Lush nearby, and they have all their perfumes stocked to smell!
