Ashley M. was great. She could have easily said that they could not pull up a job from 10+ years ago. Instead, she got some help and they were able to find the job. It helped me so much in getting the right color to match the exterior color of my house. I really appreciate it.

My wife had an issue with a property and needed a quart asap around closing time. Nikko saved the day. What a kind human being. Both empathetic and diligent to meet someone’s needs. We’ll be sure to return for our painting needs. Thanks Nikko!

This is my favorite store! As a small business owner, I highly recommend it. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help the customers, especially Brandon & Steve. I get all my paint from them and even when working 30-40 minutes away I come back to pick up paint from them as they already know what I need.

The whole gang at this store provide really solid customer service. Not only does everyone know the products well, but they are very attentive and helpful. I thought going to buy paint was going to be a chore. It wasn't at all. I had fun shopping, and felt like my questions were all answered. You gained a new loyal customer.

I just got done ordering another 10 gallons through the store and I'm excited to use their product again. As a professional painter I prefer to go though no one else but Sherwin Williams. The staff are always nice and helpful, but the quality of product they provide is matched in their customer service. I've never had issues using their paints whereas with other companies I've had issues ranging from dried up 5 gallons buckets of paint before I even opened them (had 3 buckets like that from home Depot and one bucket like that from Hirschfields) to mismatched colors which have cost me my final payment for to their inaccuracies (again home Depot and Hirschfields has done to to me). I'm a big fan of the Super Paint line from be Sherwin Williams as well as their product classic enamel. Top of the line stuff that actually does what they say it will.

All of my experiences at the WSP Sherwin Williams have been great. Yes, the product costs are on the higher end, but they have excellent quality. If you’re looking to buy what the professionals use then go to Sherwin Williams.
Staff members have always answered the myriad of questions I ask and are always helpful.

Store associates are very helpful and do their very best to answer all of you questions and get you the right product. Prices are a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but I believe the products are a much better quality. I know I will get what I need coming here.

These guys are the greatest! I live in White Bear Lake, after bad experience at Maplewood store, drove to West St. Paul, and was taken care of as soon as I walked in, well worth the drive. SW is great paint, but will not go to Maplewood again. This is my store now!

After a terrible experience at the St. Paul store on Snelling, I went to the West St. Paul store and they restored my faith in humanity. They were so knowledgeable and helpful—a night and day difference from the Snelling location. WSP is also a bigger space and was significantly less busy than Snelling, and the WSP employees were wearing masks and gloves! It’s definitely worth the short drive from St. Paul.

The people there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed some help with deck stain and they fixed me right up. I have since used the stain and it was just what I needed.

Quality of the product - I just hope the Drywall primer I purchased is good - after I bought it I read the reviews and they weren't good. I hope I have better luck

This place has helpful well mannered staff they are always helpful knowledgeable on their products they've even let me name my price on clearance items before as a tradesman I love when my job is close to this location

Clean store, helpful Associates - they know their paints & stains but don't hover around, allowing customers to take their time looking at the products & colors
