Great place! Staff went above and beyond helping me with my Live Scan. Been going to this location for years and will continue doing so because of how helpful everyone always is. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I was in and out like 5 mins with 4 returns I had. Even helped me with one of my packages that needed the labels put it on the boxes. Like I said before really Great customer service everyone one was friendly and greet you as you come. Definitely coming back thank you guys and I will see you next time

I have been dealing with UPS for 32 years. The employees at the UPS store on Ynez in Temecula are the most professional, proficient, helpful, and courteous people. They took care of our shipping requests and needs. Kudos to the manager, who I believe is Robert, for training such a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I feel so bad for UPS employees that they have to take back all those amazon returns. They are so helpful when doing it.

Store helped me by keeping a heavy Amazon return. It was heavy and big and the seller return cost was over $500 for a $200 item. The seller indicated that the shipping would be $71.60. I would not of gone to all the transporting and wrapping had I know the true cost. I filed a complaint with Amazon. I needed to wait for a return response in order to proceed. The employees were very helpful and allow me to keep the headboard there until Amazon responded. They kept it for over a week. That was above and beyond and I appreciated their excellent help.

This UPS store has been in Temecula for quite some time. The employees are always polite and courteous. The best thing is that I recently discovered that they accept AMAZON returns. It is so easy even I can do it. You just take it and they do the rest. I can't tell you how much stress is taken from shopping at AMAZON and making returns. Happy returns at the Temecula UPS!
