This is my thinking upper management responds to the positive. I don’t know if it’s the machine or not, but why can’t you respond to the negative comments. I wouldn’t call them negative either. It shouldn’t always be about the buck, but acutual compassion. Listen to folks.Then you do your own valuation to the problem. Cause it always can lead to a solution. Treat your store like it’s your home. Treat your customers like they belong. Even if you don’t think so. Fake it until you make it.This is the problem with business today. Not understanding if the people didn’t come there would be no business. You have Exxon on Almeda, she’ll South Almeda, gas station on Fannin.

I would like to give a huge five star for the staff of Circle K at the corner of Holly Hall/Fannin. I recently suffered injuries and now I am using a walker. The staff helps me with items and will carry the items to the car. Thanks the guy who luvs Mtn Dew, red licorice, and most recent Dill Pickle chips

Why not have security guards at night between 8pm - 6am especially on the weekends.

Many times I couldn't have a receipt from the gas pump.

Love it. Everyone is very nice at this store.

Automated self checkout here as well as regular cashiering. Super odd and modern but all the great usually pricing , items, drinks, snacks etc and it's clean. ❤ Specifically a female night worker younger looking who worked here back near September October... Wanted to say she was awesome as heck and hope she still works here or somewhere she moved onto she likes better if not!! She made my night... Frfr on a tough night....

These reviews are scathing.
I know that this is a training store which explains the uninformed clerks. As the clerks are sent to other locations to work.
Safety is a concern at night, the location is not on a major street, which makes it a magnet for illegal activity.
If the police patrolled the area more it would end the lottering.
If the owners and the community take action and demand policing, problem would be solved.
