Five Below

The store manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me with an order issue. What could have been something stressful turned into a wonderful display of solid customer service.

I am always greeted, acknowledged right when I walk in. I enjoy the self check out no waiting in line, systems seem easy, fast to operate with no errors each time I shop here. Staff is friendly, offered to call another store for me, even order what I was looking for online, send to store or my house. I am happy to not have to drive to the falls or grafton anymore that we now have a store in town.

No one greeted me. There was no one by the cash register. But the assistant manager was going on her break and she helped us with big bags and then she went outside and then I didn't give me the right change I had to go find somebody on the floor it was like two other people working. They were putting stuff on the floor but there was a lot of customers that needed help that walked out.

Always something new when I shop here. Love it.

Great staff and very friendly and willing to help. Store is clean and they are always cleaning up and organizing. They have a great selection and if something is not in stock they are always willing to check for you.

Cheap dog toys here. The way the puppy goes through toys that's a good thing!
Lots of random inexpensive things.
