Lav made my experience so easy and fun! I had problems matching my skin tone on my own so I need a professional and Lav was the lady I needed! She walked me through and helped me match my skin tone AND get additional cosmetics I would need that looked amazing on me! I have never bought from Sephora before, but I now will ONLY shop there thanks to Lav.

Always treated with respect. Associates will look up if an item is at another store, if I ask…. I have never left your Kohl’s store unhappy….. and I shop frequently.

Lisa at Sephora was the best! She helped me with foundation and concealer selections that was age appropriate:) I will definitely head back to Sephora in West Bend again. She was so helpful.

I was at Kohl's Black Friday morning and although it was crowded and the checkout line was very long it moved quickly and the cashiers were very pleasant and helpful

Still one of my favorite “go-to” stores when I’m in need of something special. Also I LOVE the fact that Sephora is now part of the store since it’s one of the few places that I buy my make up and skin care products at. Good service and selection. Also Amazon returns made EASY there!!!

Kohl's Department Store will always be my favorite store. I shop in the West Bend location. My associated that helped me was Ms. Beth she was very polite and had a big smile out of this world. I will always be back as long they have working people like Ms. Beth

I went in to get some beauty products at Sephora. I couldn’t remember what concealer I used but Faith helped me immensely. I also wasn’t super happy with this concealer so once we found it, she went from there showing me similar things and asking what I liked and didn’t like about it. She also helped me find my shade which I usually struggle with. As someone with pretty bad anxiety, Faith made my shopping experience super easy and answered my questions I’m usually too nervous to ask. She was very knowledgeable about the products too. Very happy with my experience!
