The Home Depot

We go to Home Depot often. Recently I have found the cashiers are even more personable- one name comes to mind and I should pay more attention to other names however her name is Jade and she scanned our merchandise for us- we were the only ones at the u-scan checkout at the time. She was so upbeat cheerful and she said she liked to help people and keep busy.

Leila in the paint department is an absolute treasure - I came in with an off-brand paint sample and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I got *exactly* the product I needed in the color I wanted.
Not only that, she was welcoming and efficient with the many other customers that came by needing things, making sure they were taken care of while not losing focus on the challenge she was working on for me.
The department was busy, and she handled it alone with grace and attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about her, she deserves a raise!

Just bought a GE Dishwasher and Amber K is a star. The customer service was the best I ever had. If you are buying appliances, I would highly recommend going through Amber. I'll definitely be back.

I was in the store this weekend and totally confused, (sent by the guys working back at my house), and 'Shelly' must have seen that! She helped me get the perfect grout and I must say, it looks perfect. She stuck with me and showed me all of the options. Thank you, Shelly!!!

Store is well ran. Able to come across a good deal every once in awhile. Plenty of staff to help. Every manager I've dealt with has been friendly. Will and continue to go back.

So I went and rented a wood splitter. First time around the machine didn’t do what it was supposed to do. I called and they gave me another machine, the toro. This machine man handled the tree trunks I was trying to chop, I mean like butter. Home Depot to the rescue. Stay safe everyone. God bless, great staff and even better service.

Excellent service! Bought a blind that was defective. Was sent to this store because they had more in stock. We took it in to return desk and explained. She had us go get a new one and get cut. Came back and she scanned it and told us to have a great day. Super friendly and fast service.

This Home Depot location has everything the other local Home Depot stores around it does not have. I have become tired of going to the other local Home Depo locations and only shop here now.

Always have what I need and good service. I like it a lot better than others home improvement stores.

Have everything you need from carpenter home improvement such as wood,plywood, building supplies and a ton of tools from A-Z!! Tons of houseware supplies refrigerators, freezers, washer/dryer sets,blinds,carpet,tile. Paint department. Also seasonal. Snow blowers, lawnmowers.Gardening supplies plants, flowers outdoor patio sets and grills, decor. Home indoor/outdoor lighting, any other home ecencials. Home Depot is a very good place. They also give a contractor discount.

Excellent helpful employees. Bailed me out and replaced a product that flew out of the back of my rented truck and broke that I had just purchased. Home Depot stands behind their products. I have rented open trucks to transport things home as well as a box truck. They also rent tools as well as sell all household goods, tools, plumbing supplies, paint, appliances. Great supply, love this more than Lowes.

Dan in plumbing was the most helpful cheerful guy. And if that weren't enough the manager Patricia, knocked it out of the park for me. The store manager must be just as proficient, because everybody in the store that walks by you says hi. It might take a little longer to get here but this is my store now. Thanks Home Depot

Had a bad experience at another location. Came here and explained the situation to the manager paul, and without hesitation, he took care of me and apologized for the other store. The lady who helped me (Colyn) was super nice, respectful, and extremely helpful. This store knows about customer service and saved me from going to a competitor. Thabk you for everything you all do here!

Employees were fantastic... especially Ryan Smith, employee in the blind department. Treated us with kindness and respect.( I know we're older and can be annoying.) He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We ended up buying blinds and a medicine cabinet. Thanks Ryan. Definitely will shop here again.

Laura and Richard were very helpful when we decided to buy a grill this weekend. They even reminded us to get a 3 piece spatula set that was on sale

John ( Pro Desk ) and Chris ( Electrical ) are some of the reasons why I drive past Lumberjack and shop here.
Chris ( 7yr+ employee ) has been helping me with a personal electrical project .. he KNOWS his STUFF and is always willing to help.
Yesterday I was wandering around the garden center searching for drainage pipe for a sump project early in the morning freezing my b**** off and spot coatless Pro Desk John who was looking for a product for ANOTHER customer. Immediately he drops his other task and begins MY search. He went into ( full on I’m going to help this customer mode ) and located my drainage pipe after calling 2 other fellow employees for assistance. The computer indicated 11 in stock but they were on the deck and not shelved yet. Thanks to his help .. I left with what I came for and my project could stay on track.
