The staff at this location is always so sweet, accommodating, and upbeat! We ALWAYS come to this Shell station for snacks, drinks, and our weekly scratch-off tickets.
I accidentally purchased a Diet Pepsi instead of a Diet Coke, realized when I got to the car, and the employee kindly allowed me to exchange the product!
HIGHLY recommend this location 🙂

G has been helping my family out for years and he’s always quick to ask if we want him to get things in for us he always stays pretty up to date with different vapes and things in there we love going here. Definitely the most personable nice people in there if your respectful. My fav station to go to anytime of the day

I'm so happy this shell has reopened. Always stop by on my way back to Cincinnati. They're always friendly and the store looks fantastic!

Been going in here for years, my husband and I both. G is awesome. He always asks how my kids are and remembers what I usually buy when I'm in there. I'll pay more for gas just to make sure we spend our money with people we like.

It's fair to say that most motorists probably don't give much thought to the quality of a gas station unless it stands out as either significantly better than the average or upsettingly terrible. After all, you're just making a quick pit stop for fuel and coffee, right? Why go out of your way? The fact is, all those short trips add up over time, and the quality of your local fill-up spot not only has an effect on your car, but your personal satisfaction, too. G runs the quickest gas station in West Chester!! He is also the only gas station I've been to that stays fully stocked on Sugar free 12oz Redbulls.

They are super nice always smiling and very helpful. My only shell I love. Gas is high tho. I go for cigarettes and dip cheaper than speedway and united dairy farmers.

First time here. Cashier was a little obnoxious. Tried making the guy in front of me feel bad about getting confused when trying to use his fuel rewards. Then told me if I came back he was going to charge me
more next time for the same product because they were losing money on credit card transactions. Told me I should be carrying cash for small business.

Whoever the lady is that works in the morning Is one of the most rude, inconsiderate People I have ever met in my 46 years of existence. My wife has also had similar dealings with this person. This individual is a complete stain on what could be an otherwise nice business. Looking at others reviews on here, it looks like I'm not the only one to have problems with her, and looking at the replies, it also appears that management doesn't care, despite what Shell Customer Service says. Will not be returning anytime soon.

I came in to grab a Gatorade before I headed to the gym, paid, went to my car and the lid was cracked and open. I went back in to the counter to ask if I could exchange the drink because I wasn't going to drink out of a pre opened drink. The manager at the counter claimed I was lying and dropped it. I told him I wasn't lying, it was already open. He said I could exchange but he was going to check my license on the camera to see if I was lying. I told him that's fine, I'm not lying. Grabbed my new drink, checked it, it was fine. As I headed out, he said he hasn't had that happen in 27 years and he was 100% sure I was lying. I said, "I'm 100% sure you're wrong" and left. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend coming here as that whole situation was completely unprofessional and it was pretty sketchy that the drink was already open.

Terrible Experience. Just stopped to buy 3 bags of ice and the cashier went off on me making sure I didn't shove my Debit Card into his card reader. He used the F word at least 3 times, and yelled about Americans shoving their cards into the reader too hard. He was pacing and shaking. I was honestly scared. He has serious anger issues.
