This is a great Barnes and Noble. The one I used to go to closed down and they rebuilt it. That new modern look and different selections just doesn't feel like the bookstore vibe. This location feels perfect

I had a lovely experience here. Kylie the barista in the Starbucks was so helpful and was so kind to recommend treats and drinks to me, I’d come back just to see her!

This B&N is quite spacious and still had the charm and warmth of the older, but well maintained, B&Ns. The service is friendly and fast, and the Cinnamon Dolce Latte was perfectly steamed and tasted delicious.

This is a great location. It's always very clean and well stocked. The employees are always really nice. I spend a lot of time in the cafe and it's always been great, I've never had a bad coffee there and you can use your B&N membership card there ☕

They generally have what I need in stock. My tastes in books may align with the mainstream. I appreciate brick and mortar stores.

Really book savvy knowledgeable staff . The store is always neat and super organized .The staff are truly so helpful.

There are so many wonderful books here. The cookies are really good too.

Good Customer Service where you can ask for help with finding books or items you want to look at.

Parents: please teach your children better to not bother service dogs’ focus on working with owners. I would like to ask you to because it stressed my guide dog out yesterday (04/30/2023) because she thought someone else teased her.

Helpfull staff.
They didn't have the book my son needed for college but willing to get on the phone and call around and find the store that did have it in stock. They called ahead to make sure and had them put it athe front of the store.

Good selection of books and periodicals. Nice cafe.

Clean, well lit, and well laid out. I asked two different people for two different books. One walked me to it and made additional recommendations (awesome!) , while the other vaguely pointed me in a general direction and gave me three categories to look in for the author (not so awesome). Overall, a good visit.

This is a great Barnes and Noble bookstore. We need to support our good brick and mortar book stores such as this one. We can't have everybody ordering books from Amazon and not have our great local bookstores. Besides books, this store has many other books, a great selection of Legos, and mini seasonal items.

I purchased beautiful Holiday cards. Buy one, get one half off.

My favorite place to hang out. A book and a cup of coffee on a Sunday is my favorite thing.

I have been to the Eagan location several times. Big selection, wonderful help. If they don't have a certain book, they are happy to get it ordered for you and sent out. Coffee shop is an added bonus.

I called ahead to the Eagan MN store to make sure they had a copy of the Lonely Planet Travel book in stock for an upcomg trip before making the drive, the gentlemen that answered the phone found it in stock in the PC system but went the extra step to make sure the book was indeed on the shelf and kindly brought it up to the cash wrap at the front of the store for easy pick up...the $1.00 off coupon for a cold brew @ the cafe was so welcomed on this hot Minnesota summer say...Who knew premium B & M membership includes a free size upgrade @ the cafe...learned something new today...The barista @ the cafe was super helpful & pleasant -

Very knowledable staff helped me with books on my topic. They were able to critique some of the recommended choices I had so that I could leave with a whittled list of what I was truly needing. Thank you Barnes and Noble!

Usual wonderful bookstore. I love how they have now separated scifi, fantasy, manga, graphic novels, horror and several other categories. Usually those are all mashed together. Also the new expanded last chance shelves had some good finds.

Great service. I had purchased a nook glow light reader. After trying it out I found that i didn’t like the interface on the device. I returned it for a full refund. The staff were attentive, knew there products, and took the device back easily and with no issue. I will continue to support Barnes and Noble with book purchases and on my iPad nook app.
