Can't express how much I appreciate the workers that were at the TOTK release at midnight. I had a problem with the system and my preorder and, despite it being 1am, and all of them were tired from the huge event, they stayed to get things fixed so I could take home a copy. Especially Will, who put in the extra effort to get things worked out. They have an amazing staff who is always friendly and happy to help everytime I come in!

William was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant to work with! He helped me resolve a problem I have been having with the customer service, for months now, within minutes. Absolutely will return to this store.

The sales rep was so awesome. He helped me thoroughly and even though the business didn't offer military discounts he went ahead and took care of me and gave me a discount. Not that it would have changed my mind on the purchase, but it does feel nice to know that people like this sales rep will go above and beyond their call of duty to assist customers.

Great customer service and helpful and friendly

I've never had a bad experience at this game stop. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable and if they didn't know an answer right away about any of the games they'd look it up on the spot. The sales floor is typically really clean and organized. Always a pleasant trip whether or not we end up buying anything.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about their products

Amazing customer service, a lot of items on clearance, share parking, close to other shops. Close to Rt 35, Rt 195, and NJ Turnpike.

This place saved my job. I went in and browsed, got a great deal on some used games and excellent guidance for good games for my kids. Walked out and saw my car had a flat. The manager saw me changing it and offered assistance. I like any "real man" could not accept this offer...until my jack broke. I ran in and explained what happened, The manager came out and lent me the jack from his car and assisted with the change, allowing me to get to work on-time. The store gets 5 stars for the employees and their knowledge anyways, but the managers' willingness to help put it over the top.

Staff at this store are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. Cameron was personable. He rang up our purchases and provided us with information for pre-orders.

The staff is incredible! Very helpful when I have no clue what my kids are talking about! Always a pleasure to see the gang when we go!
