Dollar General

I absolutely love this store. It's always clean, the shelves are well stocked and the customer service is the best thing of all. Everyone is always kind and helpful. This store in my opinion is the best of the Dollar Stores in Kingsport. I would highly suggest it to anyone.

If you just want to pop in and get one thing you might be in for a little surprise, big slow moving line, or there’s a song and dance about the cash register isn’t working, or they need a key, from a nonexistent special person who can’t be found, give the gdmf cashier the mf key!!there’s one guy that can run the register, the rest just forget it, the store makes sense in that location, was built in record time, and basically stocks what we need. Usually, But lately I’m a aggravated shopper, the prices generally are the same as Walmart. Or more, I find myself wondering if the store will make it or wind up being closed. Because of the metal building design your phone might not work in the store which is expected.

This is the worst store ever. The employee cussing and throwing stuff hit me with 1 of the items all because he was by himself working. Had music playing so loud you could hear it outside with doors closed. Then never gave me any change cause the door wouldn't open he said. They are box's of stuffed all out in the middle of the floor you can't walk through. Worst dg ever

I called to see the store hours and the lady Joy was so rude and short with me. I said thank you and everything after she told me the hours and hung up on me. All the employees at that store are so rude!
