I shop here frequently! This store's ratings should be much higher. Every employee from the front end to the The Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians are friendly, helpful and consistently professional. The store is always stocked and the floors are merchandise free from laying on the floor. The Kodak Kiosk needs maintenance.

Filling prescriptions is easy and fast at this CVS. If you have questions, they go above and beyond to answer them. If you’ve forgotten your prescription and you don’t realize it until 8PM, they’ll still get it filled and ready for you that night. Pharmacy-wise, this place is awesome. I can’t say much about the store as I haven’t been inside much.

I was in the CVS located on 3737 N. Roxboro St at Carver this afternoon to pick up a prescription. April, the pharmacist rep that waited me and promptly took care of my prescription, noticed that I needed assistance with walking. She on her own initiative helped me back to my car. This was over and above the service you would normally expect from your pharmacy. Thank you again April for your kindness!

My father & I have been using this pharmacy for years. This service is ALWAYS great! No one is perfect in any job. The people at this CVS are always courteous and eager to help. Cashier always friendly greetings as soon as you enter the store and they thank you when you're leaving. My family and I greatly appreciate the service at this location!!!

The photo department was sooooo HELPFUL and kind! They really made my last minute gifts not look last minute. My photos came out beautifully. Thanks y’all

Love this cvs and very convenient.
It can get busy but they always make sure u got what u needed.

I do think this CVS as a whole is a bit under stock and messy, but I come here for the pharmacy. After using the other pharmacy down Roxboro road for 15 years, they became very snotty about my medications (ones I’ve been on for 15 years), purposely not ordering them for four days, as well as never having my pain meds, as well as many other meds I needed in stock. This pharmacy, it’s so easy to request refills online, and the medication I have to call about because they were put on hold, and everyone is very pleasant, and if something happens to be out of stock, they get it the next day, unless the are having trouble getting it, which they alert me to as well.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for 6 months and just noticed these poor reviews when looking up the phone number online - this is so different from my experience! I have a monthly prescription that I often forget to refill until the last minute, I never have the prescription number on me and so I can't use the automated system that is easier on them but have to talk to someone on the phone, and they are always courteous. They have always had my prescriptions ready when they said they would, and while it is true that they seem swamped when I come in and I have had to wait at the counter to be attended, they always look they are working hard back there and are genuinely apologetic that they can't get to me sooner. I've used the drive up window once and it was also quick and easy. I'm sorry that other folks have had such negative experiences - I wonder if there are more like me who never thought to write a review because the service was just fine.
