Kroger

Kroger is my favorite grocery store in Kingsport because the employees are nice. I went to the store multiple times to buy a particular item on sale, but it wasn't in stock. I asked an employee about it, and she said they had ordered it repeatedly but had not received it. She remembered that I had been in to buy it more than once, so she offered me an equivalent product at the sale price and walked me to the register to take care of it. This is why I am a frequent Kroger shopper.

Had trouble finding an item but I asked an employee if they could help me find it and they went out of their way to help me find the item. Great customer service! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The store has a great variety of items. Cashier was friendly and helpful. I'll go back.

The grocery store is great but the fuel is not in touch with the area, prices can be as much as 45-50 cents per gallon higher than other stations.

Love the savings and the cents off gasoline. Last fill-up, I had $1 off each gallon.

I'm biased and love Kroger it's where I work and shop, but it does have numerous problems. Management doesn't exist to help rules fluid and meaningless. Horrible thieving customers who hold up everything trying to trick one cashier working. Digital coupons work perfectly if you can't figure it out not worlds fault, try swimming with rocks.

I was passing by in my Airstream and need some groceries and just couldn't pass up getting some of their ferns and other tropicals. They made the ride home in the shower. I'm the first house in my town in Ohio to have ferns. Just have to bring them inside every night because it still gets down to freezing at night.

Five stars for the young fellow with the long hair at the self checkout. He is always so upbeat and positive. And very attentive to the customers. I hope he is being compensated for his excellent customer service skills.

I went to Kroger for the soda pop that they advertised on sale. 5 for 10 great price & they had a large selection still in store. That was a plus. Most times a store is out of stock of the advertisied item. Also the store was clean & the people are friendly. That's why they get 5 stars.

I always love Krogers produce. Everything is fresh and the fruit is ripe and sweet. Taste great

This is my main grocery store and for a stay-at-home mom of three believe me I'm there quite a bit. The store is always clean, organized, and the staff go beyond the norm to make sure you find everything you need. I've always had a very positive shopping experience at this location and that cannot always be said for other stores. I highly recommend taking advantage of their value cards as well because it actually does help save money.

Went to Kroger for the first time ever today and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Nick and Jeff at checkout were funny and helpful.

"They have a GREAT meat department, and the employees are awesome, it seems like they're always having fun, and enjoy their jobs. I just wish people would stop parking in the fire lane. They're always blocking something, and impeding traffic. We all wanna get in and out, or are waiting for someone to come out, but you can park and watch for them to come out. I do it all the time when my husband runs in." 👍

Very good store

Went shopping yesterday with my child and another family member. And they was a problem with a WIC item not been been approved but no fault to the store. WIC has made changes and others has been having same issues but great store, and they even was the ones that noticed the issue and took care of it themselves. Very good cashier worker and great management to have their backs. This store I seen team-work in mins. and even this still wasn't in a line .

Favorite grocer in the area. I like their prices and the atmosphere. Way more low key than Walmart or Food City. Get the Kroger app. You will save a fair amount of money. They have a lot of incentives to shop there, very good service and overall happy employees. They are also 24/7 if you really want to avoid people like I do.

I stopped got " fresh" seafood as fresh as we can expect in the mountains.. but the meat Dept employee was kind and able to hit the weight mark every time! Friendly and helpful.

Great meat department with easy to navigate WIDE clean aisles, well marked items as a full service old fashioned competitively priced grocer.
You go to the grocery store for food, not soft and hard goods. Kroger's maintains good depth and breadth while offering their own delicious house brand!

Kroger continues to maintain the feeling of the local grocer while giving you national chain pricing. Using their loyalty card I have often saved more on the bill than the final total cost me.

Always great selection, fresh produce and no one can beat their MEAT department! There are people who help you out to your car with your groceries. No other grocery stores can beat their service, selection, house brands and competitive prices! Go Krogering!
