Orzu B&B

We were in Khiva for a day and loved staying in Orzu B&B. The hosts were hospitable and sweet. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and they also arranged taxi for our departure. The B&B is 4 min walk to Kalta Minor minaret. Overall 5 star for the experience and stay.

Really nice b&b. Owner was very hospitable and made sure everything was good for us during our stay. We had to leave early next day to catch the bus to nukus and the owner gave us directions and made sure we had breakfast before we left. Will highly recommend

Perfect location, a few minutes away from everything, located in the historical center. Our room was spacious and tidy. The owner is kind and helpul, even made us a sandwich for our early taxi drive to the airport. The breakfast was simple (2 slices of cheese and salami per pax), eggs, some bread, a lot of fruites etc., which for us was enough. The only thing we did not like was that someone entered our room to close the A/C that we left working as it was a very hot day and wanted to have a cool room on our coming back. There is not free water (in other accomodations we had that option to refill our bottles)

The owner of Orzu is a kind and welcoming host. Rooms are tidy, beds confier than the ones we've had before. Breakfast is extensive: pastries, fruit, jam bread tea and coffee. The host will also gladly arrange taxi rides for small trips to and from Khiva. Overall a very nice b&b, great experience and excellent value for money. Untill we meet again.

Great place, amazing breakfast not with just coffee and tea, but also eggs, fruits, butter, bread, biscuits. The place is fresh, there is a big garden to share. The owner is really keen to help with everything you need, we had one of our traveller that felt sick for a day, he received complete support from all the member of the house. The cleaner is nice and really good at her job. I suggest this place to everyone. Family and friends.

We stayed in Orzu on April 2019. The owners are very friendly. Hotel is clean and good condition. It is inside the old Khiva. So you may be able to see the old khive very comfortably. If we will visit Khive back (I hope I am) I will be happyly stay here again. Breakfeast is also good.

Уютный и красивый отель в сердце старой Хивы. Хозяева отзывчивые, все просьбы выполнили, что важно бывает путешественнику! Стирка белья и прочее. Чисто, красиво, балкон, где приятно выпить чаю, прекрасные завтраки. И вполне небольшие тарифы. Хозяевам процветания! Отель рекомендую.

Hotel maravilloso dentro de la muralla de Khiva!! Los dueños son encantadores y nos buscaron un guia para hacer un tour por Khiva y también nos consiguieron un transporte para ir a Bukhara que éramos un grupo grande. Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación es grande y es muy agradable. Te preparan desayuno con cosas básicas pero ricas. Muy recomendable!!!

Гест-хаус Orzu находится в Старом городе Хивы, внутри крепостной стены. Это очень атмосферно - жить среди исторических памятников, где до любой достопримечательности - два шага. В то же время отель расположен на спокойной улочке, где всегда тихо и безопасно. Огромный плюс отеля - уютный дворик с живой черепашкой, где можно посидеть и отдохнуть от жары. А также просторная терраса со столиком, на которой можно покурить или выпить кофе с видом на историческую стену. По стене изредка проходят туристы, купившие специальный билет, и с завистью смотрят на вас, релаксирующих на террасе с прохладительными напитками))) В самом гест-хаусе царит идеальная чистота, потому что уличную обувь гости снимают в прихожей на первом этаже и по отелю перемещаются по коврам в носках или в тапочках. Также проводится регулярные уборки. Хозяин Шакир и его семья - очень гостеприимные люди, которые заботятся, чтобы их гостям было комфортно. Мы приехали в Хиву рано утром. Хотя у нас было заселение в 14:00, нас бесплатно заселили в номер в 8:00 утра. Так хозяева делают всегда при возможности, если номер не занят. Естественно, если номер занят, вас заселят в указанное в бронировании время, так как номер нужно ещё убрать. Поэтому совершенно непонятны претензии некоторых путешественников в отзывах, почему их не заселили сразу по приезду. Завтраки в Orzu шикарные: всё свежее и очень качественное, большой выбор сладостей и фруктов, вкусные сыр и колбаса, а также волшебные лепёшки. Номера просторные, в жару спасает кондиционер, как только на улице холодает (в наш приезд это произошло очень резко) - хозяева включаю батареи. Напор в душе бывает разный, это так по всей Хиве, у нас он был в основном отличный. У нас остались только положительные эмоции от пребывания в Orzu. Особенно благодарны Шакиру за наш отъезд в 2:30 ночи в аэропорт. Он заранее нашёл нам машину с хорошим водителем за адекватную цену и лично проводил нас.

주인 분들도 친절하시고, 숙소도 편하고 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었고, 투어하면서 머물기에 위치도 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 기차역으로 가는 택시도 불러주시고 정말 좋았습니다. 히바에 다시 오게 된다면 또 머무르고 싶은 숙소입니다☺

주인 어르신들이 매우 친절하시고, 따듯하십니다. 숙소 역시 쾌적하고, 테라스가 아기자기하고, 예쁩니다. 조식도 맛있고, 이것저것 다양합니다. 집에서 만드시는 듯한 음식들로 가득합니다. 히바에 가신다면 꼭 이 숙소에 머무르시길 완전완전 추천합니다..!!!

Abbiamo trascorso qui due notti. La camera è molto confortevole ed estremamente pulita, con aria condizionata. Il patio all’esterno é molto bello, ci siamo rilassati nelle ore più calde della giornata. Il proprietario é estremamente gentile, attento e disponibile. La colazione preparata dalla signora è buonissima ed abbondante. La guesthouse si trova all’interno delle mura, le principali attrazioni di Khiva sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Molto raccomandato!

Hotel molto carino e pulito. É davvero tranquillissimo, seppur a due minuti a piedi da lle attrazioni di Khiva, e il padrone é un signore molto gentile che cerca di soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione non é molto abbondante e non soddisfa pienamente i gusti europei ma assolutamente nella media uzbeka. In generale lo consiglio vivamente

城内に位置し主要な観光スポットまで徒歩ですぐです。ちょうどお祭りの日でテラスから花火が見れました。夜は静かで快適ですし、オーナーさんがとても親切でフロントを通るたびに声をかけてくださいます。ツアーやトランスファーの手配もしてくださるそうですが、事前にホテルの隣にあるツアー会社に手配していたので断りました。朝食は毎日まったく一緒ですが、十分な内容かなと思います。
