Perfect location and walkable to the city center.
The guest house is managed by a very helpful and down to earth family and they help you make all the arrangements close by.

I had a wonderful stay at Tosh Darvoza! It was the best place I stayed at in all Uzbekistan
The hosts were beyond welcoming, and prepared an early morning breakfast for me. My room was also ready well before check-in, and it had a great view. The hotel was very clean and modern enough. The location is great in the old town of Khiva.
I would highly highly recommend this place as the best place to stay in all Khiva.

qI recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I could possibly need.

But what really stood out to me was the hospitality of the hosts. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They truly made me feel like a valued guest, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The hospitality of the hosts alone is worth the visit, but when you combine it with the beautiful accommodations and excellent amenities, it's truly a 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Really nice hotel near south gate id Ichan kala. Very near to the Khoja Minaret, t minutes walk and easily approach major tourist point. The owner and his family are very kind and feel comfort at home. Great breakfast i did nit see before. Perfect and perfect!! Strongly recommend this boutique hotel. Pick up available from Urgench airport ($10). I left early in the morning at 6:00 and they prepared breakfast at 5:30 for me. Will come again and stay at this nice hotel. You can not be disappointed.

This is an amazing place! We were made to feel so welcome and it was the perfect way to start our trip to Uzbekistan. The owner even gave us some Turkmen money to help us cross the border 😀 Excellent location in Khiva and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

I would have given more than 5 out of 5 if I could! This accomodation is fantastic and the hosts are some of the most welcoming we have ever encountered, they did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a room upgrade and they prepared a delicious breakfast very early to accomodate our early morning transfer to Bukhara. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, well maintained and sparkling clean. It is located just a minutes' walking distance from all the major sight seeing points in Khiva. The owner is a nice person, who would recommend you places to see in and around Khiva. Breakfast is delicious as well, overall an amazing experience staying at Tosh Darvoza.
I would recommend this place to everyone.

Отличный отель в старом городе. Очень удобный номер, вкусный завтрак, гостеприимный владелец. Крайне рекомендую экскурсию по древним крепостям, которую предлагает хозяин.

Прекрасное расположение отеля! Вы будете жить внутри старого города. Очень удобно, проснувшись на рассвете, пойти и поснимать город без туристов и в хорошем освещении.

Мы жили в отеле с 9 по 13 октября 2022 г. Еще было тепло, но по ночам в номере уже включали отопление.

Буквально в соседних домах расположились мастерские резчиков по дереву. Если нужны какие-то деревянные резные сувениры, то заходите к мастерам. Это будет в 2 раза дешевле, чем на туристическом рынке в центре города.

Отдельное спасибо хозяевам дома:

- прекрасной Шахло за идеальную чистоту и вкусные завтраки,

- Камалотдину за отзывчивость и помощь в организации путешествия. Поговорите с Камалотдином и он предложит вам интересный выезды по окрестностям Хивы (юртовый лагерь Аяз Кала, древние крепости, музей Савицкого, заброшенные корабли в Муйнаке) и трансфер до вокзалов.

Замечательный отель, домашний уют и прекрасное обслуживание. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить хозяина. Отзывчивый и глубокий человек.

C’est la meilleure maison d’hôtes où j’ai séjourné en Oubekistan; elle est située à l’intérieur des murs du vieux Khiva. Kamaleddine et sa famille y tiennent, avec beaucoup de prévenance et d’attention, plusieurs chambres très propres et confortables; le petit-déjeuner fait maison est varié et de qualité. À recommander sans hésitation.

Гостевой дом расположен отлично, прямо внутри стен старой Хивы. Дважды возвращались туда в темноте и не заплутали ;-)
Очень гостеприимные и радушные хозяева. Они помогли нам организовать прибывание в Хиве начиная с трансфера и заканчивая поездкой по окрестностям.
В номерах чисто и тепло (жили в октябре, ночи уже холодные), завтрак вкусен. В общем, хорошее место, чтобы остановиться в Хиве.

Спасибо хозяину гостевого дома, Камолиддину, за гостепремство! Небольшие, но очень уютные, чистые комнаты. Прекрасное рассположние в старом городе, попадаешь как-будто в сказку "Аладдин".
