Stayed here for a couple of nights. Excellent location, with all of the top tourist sites in walking distance. The owner was super helpful. He answered all of our travel questions and kindly made some vegetarian dishes for us to eat (huge portions with lots to choose from on the menu). Great value for money.

I spent one night in this accomodation and everything was good, the location is very close to the city centre, the owner is super kind, wi fi is very good and it s possible to eat a tasty dinner and breakfast.
I definitely reccomend this place!

В целом всё нормально. Вежливые и доброжелательные люди. Да плюс чайхана не сильно дорогая. Сильно не хватало розеток. Рекомендую.

Buhara'dan dönüşümüzde burada kaldık ve sahibi çok nazik bir beydi. Odaları yeterince temiz ve merkeze çok yakın. tavsiye ederim

+Огромное спасибо владельцам отеля. Очень аутентичный отель. Проникаешься историей города. Господа, вам там будут рады.и помогут найти хорошего гида, трансфер и т. д. Ещё раз спасибо..

Бюджетный вариант гостевого дома. Вежливое обслуживание. Рядом в семейной чайхане можно заказать обед и ужин. Удобное расположение, все туристические места Хивы в шаговой доступности.
Один минус - в душевой и туалете не предусмотрена вытяжка.

A below average experience, three stars only because of friendly owner. Rooms are past their best days, barely any pressure in shower, noisy AC, lackluster breakfast; basically a long list of grievances with no comforts, not even in the price.

A fuir ! Je suis désolée de mettre un commentaire pareil alors que le propriétaire est adorable mais il ne devrait pas laisser la gestion a ses enfants.
Les chambres sont sales, les draps ne sont pas changés, le fils crie sur les clients et écoute des vidéos avec le son à fond, sur son téléphone à 22h30 alors que tout est très mal insonorisé.
