Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa

Lovely hotel, suitable for families. We took large rooms, with two bedrooms + living room + kitchen + balcony. It was spacious and pleasant. The view from the room is spectacular!
The service of the employees is kind and patient.
The hotel has a spa and also a rather large indoor pool. The children have a small gymnasium and also a video game room. The breakfast is quite simple but the food is fresh. Lunch menu / variety. The salads are great! In the evening we preferred to eat outside, although we have to tell her that since we arrived it was not the ski season and therefore most of the restaurants and businesses in the surrounding town are closed.

Second time in this hotel , we were again very satisfied. The hotel is a bit far from the gondola, but they do offer shuttle service.
Excellent for families, with indoor and outdoor playground, salt room and the spa area is also nice.
The staff was nice and accomplished our request to have same apartment as last year.

Great value for money. We got a one bedroom apartment, rooms were very nice and clean. We had beautiful view from the balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Visiting the spa was the perfect way to end the day. Breakfast offered great variety. Within walking distance to the Gondola and most of the restaurants, bars etc.

We love our stay here (rooms 232, 435). The rooms are warm even without heating turned on. Everything needed is provided, including a clothes hanging room with a small airing rack. We love that they provide 2 blankets instead of a big one to be shared.

Internet is ok. Sometimes i need to use my own mobile hotspot.

There is a huge selection of breakfast which really exceeds expectations. They have fresh honeycomb which i never see the same elaewhere. Hot food is available (very crucial for me). They even have food specially for kids. For milk alone, there are multiple types.

Overall, very satisfied, except the crowded pool.

Great customer service. The staff was always helpful and quick to respond. Had a very relaxing time in the spa. The aromatherapy sauna and the steam room were great. A very clean place, with care for their customers.

Very pleasant hotel. Great service and an attentional to detail. Nice lobby bar and facilities and overall all the staff. The rooms could use a bit of renovation but no complaints. Would stay again

The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying in the hotel, one of the highlights of the hotel on both visits has been the spa massage from Emilia which was great and thorough and really focussed on my problematic areas! Highly recommended.

Great short stay here - lovely spa (yes lots of families and children but that suits us), very helpful staff all round, nice clean rooms, absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet and nice quite spot away from noise of centre of Bansko but only 10 min walk to Gondola lift. Thank you

The hotel and staff are completely correct. it was clean, the food maybe similar every day but delicious, the rooms are huge and clean.

The place is quite nice if you are not searching for croud area. Spa center is basic, with indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, but for family with small kids is more than enough. We really liked the personal, spa and kids playground. We didn't linked the dinner, which had very basic food, but if you don't want to drive around, I'm sure you can find something at the buffet.

We had a wonderful spa weekend at the hotel. Maria at the reception was lovely and extremely helpful. We had 3 massages from the male masseuse (excellent) and the female masseuse (as well). The rooms were cozy and spacious. Breakfast was ample, the gym had all the basics covered, the 2 saunas and steam room were wonderful. The hotel is within about 15 min walk from the town center and has great restaurants nearby. Great value for your money. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice! The person who work in the bar , it s a gentleman. Next year I will be back.

We were family of five and we had the two rooms apartment. Very wide rooms and comfortable beds. The open bed in the saloon is not very comfortable. The kitchen is not equipped but there is a microwave. Very rich breakfast. The pool and the spa is great. The staff are really great and happy to assist in any matter.

Excellent, big, very comfortable super clean apartment. Friendly staff. We had half board so were able to taste both breakfast and dinner and the buffet was full of a big variety of excellent food.
Very conveniently located in a very short distance from the ski lift, easy to find parking space.

We were happy to select this hotel for our stay in Bansko and we will definitely come back for the next time again 😍

Price/quality ratio - top! Professional service, good spa amenities - well maintained, there is a kids court, fitness, pool, sauna, steam bath, games for kids to play. Nice lobby bar with fireplace. On the back of the hotel there is a river with nice view to the mountain. I would visit again.

We stayed for Christmas and everything was wonderful. Big, roomy, perfectly appointed and super clean rooms. Friendly, efficient staff always willing to assist. The Spa facilities are included in the price and everything is luxurious, super clean and extremely organized. The hotel is located very close to the ski piste, supermarkets and the market are within just a couple of minutes of walking.
We are looking forward at our next visit. Chose this hotel for your stay in Bansko!!!!

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The apartment was fantastic. Great selection of foods for breakfast and evening meals. Staff are friendly and helpful. 6 minutes walk from centre of Bansko.

Very good hotel for the money.
Our room was huge. It was actually an apartment with a kitchette. Very cozy.

The breakfast is above average and the coffee is a plus.

We really enjoyed their lounge and believe me, the drinks are super cheap. The fireplace they are having there boosts up the coziness and the music they are playing in the speakers is very pleasant.

The spa is not impressive but it's clean and serves it's purpose. They should lower the amount of chlorine from the pool water.

DO NOT use the slippers from the room in the spa area. They are super slippery 😄 on the wet surface.

Great place to have a summer vacation in Bansko. River just near the hotel, great facilities and reasonable service. Food and spa without remarks.
