It's small lovely town. I guess in the winter it's full of life. We've been on summer so it was a little bit weird - like an empty ghost town.

Lovely. It's great to see people of all ages out enjoying 'community' in a pleasant environment.
They've made a great effort to make it nice with gardens, fountains, sculptures, statues, terraces, benches, etc. You'll find plenty souvenir and snack stalls, as well as restaurants and cafes.
The place is full of life at almost any time of the day and night. However it doesn't feel crowded or busy, just pleasant.

The city's central square, from where start treks towards Pirin mountain, and is also place for commerce and meetings! Beautiful view of the Pirin mountain too!
