Apart Hotel Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax

It was very nice! Breakfast and dinner were exquisite! We forgot some equipment back at the ski store room, and they mailed back to us at once. The only small minus was that one particular lady from the reception wasn't very pretty.

Hotel that deserves each of its five stars and gives meaning to the term luxury tourism. We spent an amazing day at the SPA center. The main pool is warm enough for my taste, the herbal sauna and herbal steam bath are my favourite. The Nutri Bar is the perfect supplement for a full relax experience. The Christmas decorations are very elegant and cheerful.

Service is great, everyone is super friendly.
Rooms are specious and clean.
Food in the restaurant is pricey but super tasty, outstandinf breakfast with local and international food buffet
We have been inthis hotel several times mainly because of the kids club but this time they were unserstaffed few evenings and there was someone only in the ‘baby room’ if your kid wants to go in the bigger play area, there was nobody and you had to stay there

What an amazing time we had at the hotel ! It We stayed 10 days with the family , from 25th till 4th of January.
Nice rooms with the fire place and view, great food and festive dinner at Bistro restaurant and new Year night at Leonardo with great show !
What a spa area, saunas, steam baths, sea salt swimming pool with sooo hot water 😍 You don’t need anything else after ski day! Kids loved smoothies at healthy bar)) Great breakfasts! We didn’t get bored with them even after 10 days))

The hotel is beautiful, clean and suitable for complete relaxation.
The service was impeccable, both in the restaurant, the lobby bar, at the reception and especially in the children's corner, considering that we have a small child.

I love this hotel. Nice rooms, you have the options to choose appartment or double rooms, great breakfast, very friendly receptionist, great spa area with nice swimming pool, two saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and more. They also have small, yet functional fitness. We usually take from the hotel bicycle, which are free for hotel guests. I really recommend it!

Great place to stay. Good food, super kind staff. Complimentary stuff like wine and coffee in the apartment and they even gave my child a little present which is adorable. The SPA is really good and the indoor pool is warm and cozy if a little small for the amount of people. The apartment is big and clean, with a little kitchen which is super useful when staying with family.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and has a lot of activities (spa/games/escape room/restaurant). The spa is very good, it's clean and has several sauna rooms. The rooms are comfortable however the couple bed in my room was 2 single beds, the cleaning staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very tasty and has a lot of choices.

This hotel is definitely a comfortable place to stay: kind staff; comfortable, clean and spacious room; pet-friendly; very good breakfast with a big variety of high-quality food; a very good restaurant Leonardo across the street for dinner (a bit expensive as for Bulgaria but worthy); a variety of SPA services, like full body massage, hamam, and a pool with jacuzzi.

The cons:
They don't have pet-sitting services, so had to leave the dog in the room. Don't do it if you don't trust your pet enough.

As a hardcore foodie, I can’t help but share how pleased I am with the restaurant and the menu we were offered during our brief stay at Lucky Bansko. Boy, the mussels Saint Jacques and the roasted ratatouille were out of this world! And let’s not even mention the precious wine list... Thank you for the first-rate gastronomic experience, blended with exceptional service and superb 5-star standards all the way around. We will definitely be coming back again soon - for longer this time!

There were three fundamental things that elevated our stay at Lucky from good to epic, and these were:

1. The organized transfer from Sofia Airport directly to the hotel. Definitely a life-saver for someone who doesn't speak Bulgarian and struggles to find the safest mobility alternative around.
2. The super-comfortable shuttle service to the mountain top! It spared us hours of waiting in a queue and gave us the independence to organize our skiing just the way we liked it.
3. And boy, the spa zone was out of this world - even for someone who doesn't normally fancy these types of procedures. The shock bath was a life changer!

We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and acquaintances!

We were a bit concerned while organizing our first ever family trip with our newborn son, so we chose to play on the safe side and book a 5-star hotel with an excellent reputation. Lucky Bansko absolutely stood up to its standards - the location, the facilities and the staff gave us the best weekend we’ve had in a long while. We enjoyed flawless organization, full equipment and support, good food, and a friendly atmosphere. We are happy to make good memories together, and we will definitely be coming back anytime soon!

The hotel impressed us from the lobby bar! Extremely kind and unobtrusive welcome. Security and disinfection measures are as required. Combined with excellent hygiene, one feels safe and secure in this hotel. Check-in was quick, the staff responded to our every wish, and this is important for the guests of each hotel in this class. We will definitely visit you again!

During my preparations for our ski vacation in Bansko I was choosing between the Kempinski and Lucky Bansko hotels. At the end, with much higher price Kempinski lost and I found that Lucky fulfilled all our expectations.
The only downside is that Lucky is not in the very center - it's some 15-20 min walk to the center or a short drive, but they compensate it with frequent free shuttle buses.
That shuttle runs every 15 min in the morning - one towards the starting gondola station, the next direct up to the gondola last stop where all the slopes start (see my photo timetable). We found the one to top to be better as you avoid potential crowds and lines at gondola. The same applies when returning to the hotel, as well for night if you want to visit the center. The timings are precise, right on time.
Rooms are spacious and modern, with a small kitchenette, cable TV, comfy beds and nice bathroom. On the ground floor there's a heated ski room for storing your gear.
We were on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner were a feast for eyes and stomach. They're served on a buffet basis - plenty to choose from, high quality meats, sides, salads, soups and desserts.
Best of all was the pool/spa area. Pool is very fair in size, heated so pleasant to swim and beside the hot tub, jacuzzi, few saunas, salt room,...in one word excellent to start a day and to heat yourself after skiing all day.
They also have a private parking right by the hotel which was great.
All in all a great stay to recommend which I will use for my future travels to Bansko

I got acquainted with the conditions at the Lucky Bansko Hotel when I had to come and pick up my son from the language camp. We stayed two more days and I found out why the child was delighted with his stay here. The hotel really offers everything to look forward to a 5-star luxury. Although briefly, we tried the food in all three restaurants, some of the treatments in the spa, and the pools, of course! We showed the child the sights of the town - its center is within walking distance of the hotel and our walk was pleasant and useful. I expected to try some of the typical Banskali dishes, which were missing from the menu of the main restaurant.
