What a fantastic place to come after a day on the slopes. Down in the old town with a lovely coffee shop at street level and a downstairs that is entirely for the kids. My 3 and 5 year old loved it. Also does great food at very reasonable prices. If you're inclined to you can also get apres ski alcohol!

Wonderful coffee shop that truly adds a much needed place to relax in Bansko. Family Bansko is so friendly and the coffees they offer are excellent. You have so many choices! They also have delicious freshly baked croissants. We miss y’all!

Great cafe with many choices of coffees, smoothies and snacks. I was going to spend an hour or so and ended spending the whole afternoon testing various products! The area is really nice for work, quiet enough and a more comfy zone with couches to have a chat. I'll definitely go back!

This place gets better all the time. This morning I rode my bike all over town checking all my favourite breakfast places. They were all closed but family café was open and better still they made us delicious avocado and smoked salmon toasties! Colour me impressed.

Cozy atmosphere, quality coffee, nice and very professional English speaking staff and a very good indoor playground for kids. The staff is also dedicated to make a pleasant time to the children. The location is near the city center.

It's a nice comfy place if you're with kids, great choice of leafed black and green tea (which is extremely rare for Bulgaria) and coffee. Sandwiches are simple and delicious.

Really amazing coffee... Nice Sandwiches too, I had avocado and chicken, boyfriend had cheese and tomato... Nice breakfast for 14 Lev, bargain!
