СПА зоната е супер богата, има всичко и по много. Дизайна е тъмен, почти черен интериор включително и таваните, което създава поне за мен подтискаща - мутренска атмосфера. В широкото спа се чувствам като в тъмно мазе. Черния басейн ми създава усещане за мътна вода.

Despite the very good hotel in which is located, Victoria Spa Bansko is a place that I definitely don't recommend. I've booked a special peeling procedure there, and I can honestly say that half of what was described in the brochure was not done to me. Moreover the products that they were using were not even close to hand made soaps - they were using the drugstore brand Teo (shampoo is costing around 2 leva). I think this is definitely not what you expect when you pay 89lv for this. On the top of that they sold me a mask for my face for 40 leva. My friend, who was having a massage in the next room was charged only 20 for the exact same thing. The only person, who was happy with his procedure was my husband who had sports massage.

Definitely I don't recommend it.

They gave me a key for leaving my stuff but it was for a locker in the women's dressing room. After asking for a key they told me that there was no key available and to leave my belongings in an open locker. They are terrible when it comes to organization but mostly without being willing to help. With this kind of facilities, it surely is not worth of the 40лев/person.

Administratorul nu a fost amabil, vestiarul și chiar bazinul nu era curat... Vestiarul pentru fete și băieți e comun, și nu a fost comod... Puține băi
