As all Crossfit gyms typically are, amazing people wicked workout and a good price! I went to two 6 am morning g classes and really enjoyed the coach Lex I believe her name was! Good group great Box!

Great Box. We dropped in for a week. Brandon is a great guy and coach. He installs the authentic CrossFit spirit in the culture. The programming is good and the equipment is high quality. A lot of nice Rogue plates and rigs. It’s good value too. Plus he sells CBD oil and other goodies. Well worth dropping in.

For short term and long term visitors prepare for a great workout. I was always sceptical about CrossFit style workouts but was pleasently surprised Brandon really knows what he is doing and makes sure you are working towards your goals.

This is a really great gym to workout in I love the space and I really like the knowledge of the trainers. it's not just about getting a good workout it's about getting a good workout that fits you, your body and your goals!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming to drop ins. We were so glad to find this place while we were on vacation, and will go back if we vacation to the same spot again.
