Azul Paraiso AP2A at Playa Octal, we HIGHLY recommend staying here!!! Our family of 5 stayed end of Feb for a week! 3 bed, 3 bath, beautiful large terrace -top floor with beautiful views for games, early morning relax and coffee and evening cards! The photos in add are exact! The condo is beautiful, is very well laid out with tonnes of storage and more than enough room! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need ie: spices, oil, dish soap, laundry soap for the small washer to refresh the towels mid week(lots of shower and beach towels and we had no problem with water- both pressure and drinking)! Wine glasses, insulated travel cups, beer coolies, a med cooler, ice maker and there are even a couple of beach chairs!!! The pool at the unit was perfect size to relax. We do recommend a car or suv with good breaks- it is quite a little trek up the hill from town! We made 23 total up down, by the 4th trip it was no problem!!!

Very comfortable condo - the beach is amazing. About a 5 minute walk - or you can take the shuttle. 2 public pools to choose from plus we had a private plung pool at the condo. Very private outdoor space. Small supermarket 10 minute walk - has everything you need. Amazing lookout at the top of the hill.

Beautiful Villa #29! Well appointed and nicely decorated. Loved the outdoor pool and comfy furniture. Our stay went perfectly and we really enjoyed our days here. Excellent communication with us to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Playa Hermosa, the hospitality team was very attentive and had great recommendations for activities! Bayron went above and beyond going to the pharmacy for us to seek out options for nebulizer treatments for our daughter as we forgot her nebulizer and medication at home. He was able to get a rescue inhaler for her after speaking with the physician at the pharmacy and delivered it to us promptly. He also gave us recommendations for drivers and different people for tours and excursions. We would highly recommend Gabriel (put his pamphlet in the house info book). He took us to the Cortez waterfalls and then further to a sloth sanctuary where we saw frogs, snakes, sloths, monkeys and beautiful rainforest before ending our trip at a local restaurant where we got to visit a butterfly garden and hold the butterflies. The kids really enjoyed the butterflies.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. AC worked fabulously all week keeping our apartment at a cool 70° without fail. The pools were clean and never crowded. Washer and dryer in the unit worked fabulously and we were thankful to have them. The units were stocked with salt, pepper sugar and sugar substitute as well as fish soap, shampoo conditioner and body wash. Beach towels included :-). Security was fabulous at their job letting us in and out promptly and never letting our children out without us. In the mornings you can see monkeys in the trees out front near the security booth. We also saw iguanas on the property and caught a few baby geckos.

The beach was only a short walk, even our 4 and 7 year old could manage MOST of the time. There are quite a few bar/restaurant options on the way to and on the beach. Our favorite was AquaSport, make sure you try the coconut margarita! We also like the food at Hotel Acai and Pescado Loco and thought it was reasonably priced. Roberto's was another beautiful place on the beach with great food and drinks. We loved checking out the tide pools on the far end of beach early in the morning. We found seashells, saw crabs, hermit crabs and baby fish. The beach is a good one for kids due to the bay. We used the market across the street daily and there is a bigger local mini supermarket a short walk from the complex. We were able to use Uber for $5 per ride to and from Villa del sueno for our last evening meal.

You could take a 15 minute car ride to two other local beaches in the area. Playa del Coco is also only 15 minutes away.

Was a very nice place, great location, and plenty to do. We would definitely go back!

Excellent stay in Playa Hermosa through Krain. The amenities in the house were excellent, the daily cleaning was perfect and their communication was great. It made everything run smoothly. Would definitely stay there again and use Krain in the future.

Stayed at Pacífico Condo L1115. Beautiful condo and property. Condo was well stocked and the grounds were immaculate. Byron with Krain Property was very responsive to all of our questions. The beach club was a bonus to spend the day at. The check in and check out process was very easy. Nice gated property.

We booked a one-month stay in Costa Rica through KRAIN. From our very first interaction their team was responsive, professional and got us excited about our trip of a lifetime.

They shared various options for accommodations and we settled on a condo in Azul Paraíso. Krain then put us in touch with Byron who provided top-notch service and communicated regularly via email/WhatsApp which put us as ease. He was so nice and would check to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. He also was super responsive in helping us with a few small issues after we checked in.

The Azul Paraíso complex is located on a pristine peak with a magnificent view of the ocean in upscale Playa Ocotal, a few kilometers from Playas del Coco. It is away from the hustle and bustle. Our condo was so well appointed, the balcony divine and so serene. It is a climb up the hill, but worth the view! And there is a fun sunset lookout.

We stayed at Azul Paraiso 11A. It was a spacious, quiet, beautiful, and clean condo with lots of amenities. It’s a home away from home. We were very impressed with Byron and David. Before our arrival to Costa Rica, Byron communicated via email our digital check in details. He also communicated via WhatsApp so it was easy to reach him. I communicated to Byron that we’ve been in Costa Rica in the rainforest for a week now and needed our last two nights of our vacation to relax near the beach. Our first condo in Ocotal didn’t work out due to raccoons in the attic. Both David and Byron went out of their way to help our group of 7 move to Azul Paraiso. Since it was getting dark, they guided us to our condo(which was a little scary drive if you’re not used to driving on windy road at night), got us Britt coffee, earplugs, and wine to help us settle in. Thanks again for an Amazing ending to our 9 wonderful days in Costa Rica. We can’t wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa called Azul Parasio, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and prompt. What stood out the most was the serene atmosphere; it's the most peaceful and quiet place I've come across. Tucked away in a secluded spot, it's an ideal getaway for anyone seeking tranquility. The ambiance, combined with excellent service, made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for those in search of a peaceful escape. Byron and Allen were exceptional concierge, we were able to pre-book transport, in-home massages, and excursions.

This is a beautiful resort and in a great location to enjoy the Coco area including the incredible beach. Many conveniences like the key pad entry to the room and water coolers to refill water near the pools make for a very relaxing time. The poolside bar and restaurant are great as well. All the pools are wonderful with penty of shady and sunny areas. We really enjoyed the beach club and appreciated that $25 per person entry fee (charged for guests not owners I assume) is essentially a credit for food and drinks while your there. It's all well worth it. Thanks to KRAIN Concierges for answering questions and helping us out when needed.

I stayed with my family at the Villa Sol in Playa Hermosa. This private oasis is nestled in the lush jungle of beautiful Costa Rica. The view is spectacular and the patio is a perfect place to BBQ and enjoy quality time with your family and friends. It is stocked with everything you might need, including plenty of bath and pool towels for the nice plunge pool. Incredibly convenient as it is located within a resort property near the best restaurants, pools, market, and beach. Our host, Byron is a great host and was vert attentive and readily responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed our daily visitors - curious kitties and a family of friendly raccoons. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Playa Hermosa, this is it!

We stayed in Azul Paraiso unit 9C. It is a lovely and well-appointed ground floor unit with beautiful ocean views. Our daughters spent hours playing in the pool and we went venturing to different beaches each day - Playa Occotal, Playa Hermosa, Playa Coco, Bahia Pez Vela and also made trips to Tamarindo and the Diamante Eco Adventure Park. We loved being able to return to the condo to cook supper each evening in the beautiful kitchen!
Krain was excellent to deal with and responded to our questions and requests quickly. We would certainly book with them in the future - thank you for making our stay in Costa Rica so enjoyable!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful rental home in Costa Rica and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that greeted us. Whether it was the lush landscapes or the serene ocean vistas, every glance out the window was a postcard-perfect moment.

The house itself was immaculate. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority, as every room was spotless and well-maintained. This attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

The cherry on top was the nice pool, which became our go-to spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. It was the perfect place to soak in the views while enjoying a refreshing swim.

Overall, our stay was unforgettable, thanks to the beautiful surroundings, the pristine condition of the house, and the luxurious pool. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Costa Rica.

Byron was a fantastic responsive host during out entire stay in Costa Rica at the Villa Sol resort in Villa 30. We couldn't have asked for anything else.

I stayed with my family at the Villa Sol in Playa Hermosa and it was an amazing stay! I would recommend this to any one with family, the private plunge pool was handy for days we hung around the property. The resort was right on the beach and had all the amenities you could want.Our host Byron was extremely helpful and looked after all of our request very quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived at Plays Del Coco on November 23rd for a two-week vacation. We stayed in a lovely VRBO, listed by KRAIN Real Estate, at the Pacifico, and it was everything we expected, and more. Beautiful location. We were met, upon our arrival, by Byron Peralta, a representative of KRAIN. He assisted us with our suitcases, up to the 3rd floor (no elevators), which was very much appreciated.

Mr. Peralta spent about half an hour with us detailing the numerous amenities at the Pacifico as well as the local eateries, beaches and activities in the area. He checked in with us several times during our stay, via WhatsApp, to see if there was anything we needed. We did have to call him for an issue with the TV, which we couldn't get to work, and he was there within the hour to fix the problem. He was most pleasant and professional.

Our vacation was a wonderful experience, and we will be returning to Costa Rica in the near future. Every representative we came in contact with at KRAIN (there were a few - golf cart rental, etc.) were professional, friendly, helpful, and available.

When we return to Costa Rica, we will certainly be contacting KRAIN again to assist with our real estate needs! Thank you so much, Byron, Tricia and Maria! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay as much, without you.

Just back from a week here and loved it! Very spacious condo, including the huge deck looking out at the bay and Pacific! Very clean, great kitchen, quiet, comfortable bedrooms.
Byron was very responsive and would definitely stay here again. Convenient to wonderful beaches and Diamanté Eco Adventure. Fabulous weather: low 90s & blue skies everyday!

A luxurious stay in a beautiful home. We didn’t want to leave! Byron sent pictures and a description of the drive to the property. Byron checked on us often and offered ideas for local restaurants to visit. Everything in the complex was neat and well cared for. The town was relaxed and the beach was easy, with both black and white sand. The unit had plenty of room for everyone to unpack and enjoy their own space or time together in the main area and veranda. From the parking lot there is a ramp to get into the condo, which made for convenient unpacking with no stairs. The linen and towels were lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and equipment. The pool was clean and well maintained. Since only four units share the pool it made for easy enjoyment of the water.
My favourite moment was sitting on the veranda watching monkeys play in the trees across the street. We hope we can come back to this very home, one day.
