Very good coffee and service, but the cakes are excellent. We tried caramel muffin and chocolate cake (gluten-free). Both delicious, we trusted the lady on what to order ;)

Lovely place. Very friendly owner, made our visit very cosy and offered Icelandic cookies with the coffee. Don’t skip this place.

We had Quiche and scrambled eggs with bacon and toast and finished off with a highly recommendable blueberry muffin. The ladies were lovely and very attentive.

We’ve had the most wonderful experience at Kaffi Klara during our stay in Olafsfjordur. Everyday we would come for lunch and Ida the chef would prepare us the most special vegan dish. The food is delicious and completely vegan friendly, not to mention the people here became like family to us and one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Iceland. We can’t wait to come back and visit them in the years to come. Missing them and Ida’s food already!

Lovely Kaffi with super friendly staff. The sandwich was a perfect little meal and we got some tips what to do in town. Enjoyed it!

I can honestly say that in 10 days that we spent at this wonderful country the 45 to 1 hour we spent at Kaffi Klara where probably our best experience. We had a chance to talk to the owner about the history of the women in that region an in Iceland. It was, in a human level, amazing.
And of course, the food was amazing!!! Really 5 stars!!!!!!!!

It was really nice and good as well. It’s a very peaceful restaurant where you can eat local food. There’s a menu of the day and also courses on a board.
A small place at the end of the word. Deserved the kilometers we did from Reykjavik. We found it randomly. We paid more for sandwiches in the Town state. Here, we had a full lunch in a great environment. Thank-you so much !
We had the lunch of the day. It was asparagus soup (I don’t even like this vegetable usually but here, it made me changed my mind), fish donuts and steamed vegetables, salad and for desert rhubarb marmelade with cream !

Best cappuccino of our 2 week trip around Iceland. The chocolate muffin was great (cross between a brownie and a fluffy cake). The owner was super friendly as well! Worth a stop.

The guy who runs the campsite also runs this cafe. We went here for breakfast and coffee before continuing on down the road. Despite not having traditional breakfast items on the menu, he set out cereal and toast for us to eat and recommended some things to do down the road. He was very friendly and gave the extra effort to make our experience as good as possible.

Cute typical café with very very nice staff 😊 we were a group of 14 persons who had nowhere to eat in
evening (everything closed) and they fixed us a really nice supper just like that 💜💙💚🧡
