Lyfja Grundarfirði

Went in looking for heartburn medication. Talked with the employ (pharmacist) as all medications are behind the counter. She sold me something - and it was only once I got to the car that I realized she sold me exactly what I already told her wasn’t working. However - I think the confusion is that what things are called in North America doesn’t line up with what they are in Iceland, so I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. She immediate sold me a different product / which helped a ton. However, I was stuck having to pay for both (no refund offered for the first item). Thankfully both were cheaper than most items in Iceland - so it wasn’t the end of the world.
