Great customer service!
Nice and clean inside!
Sandwich and coffee were hot and fresh!

The only thing I wished they didn’t sealed all their wall outlets, so that people like me could charge their devices there while enjoying their foods.

I haven't eaten at a McDonald's this good and organized in a long time. The sandwich is very well assembled and the organization and cleanliness are excellent. The store is amazing. I will always come back.

It was a wonderful experience honestly you know the French fries were hot and crispy the chicken was nice and fresh the burgers were like juicy but you know the buns were fresh so they didn't get soggy it was like a whole good experience you know like not a bad McDonald's

I waa assisted by a cheerful individual by the name of Becky. The service was excellent!! The place was clean, sanitized and the area was labelled as such. The entire staff was courteous and ensured all our needs were met. This was the absolute best service I have ever received in a fast food establishment. Thank you Becky and staff.

I don’t usually order McDonald’s but I was starving one night so here we are haha. Service was quick, and this location was clean. Very happy with everything.

Classic, fast, and consistent. The food was hot and the order was correct. I did have to pull forward and wait till they brought the food out, but it was worth the wait. Steak biscuit.

What about the fact that I don’t usually go to McDonals but this time I decided to have a fast breakfast at this specific location of Altamonte Springs Florida and felt absolutely amazing with the customers service! They mede me feel special and also notice that they go above and beyond with everyone that sits inside the dining area. I wish I would of taken more names, however Mrs. Becky is the most adorable worker, deliver my meal to the table, made sure I had enough napkins, offer condiments, came back and ask if I was all right, asked if I needed anything else and then walk me to the exit and opened me the door!!! Waoooo please give her a round of applause and a free lunch on my behalf to show appreciation for her dedication so she can keep that beautiful smile on her face for good!! Bravo 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼♥

There was a female attending to the customers and cleaning in the lobby today. I saw her go way above and beyond for an elderly couple on a "lunch date", who needed a little assistance. It warmed my heart to see that. Then she walked around and asked all the customers dinning in if they were ok... I usually don't take time to do these, but with service like that I had to shout her out!! Great job

The manager, Jennifer, was amazing. Great service when a whole group of us came in late for food.

Went through the drive through ver late at night and they were out of sine sandwiches, but the cheeseburger was super! I love McDonalds!!

I just got McDonald's after my Workout I never do that but I love their breakfast. Will did a great job. He took his time and got everything right and it was fresh. He also got it approved by his manager to break a $100 dollar bill for me. I rather be patient with someone then get everything fast and completely wrong. I have challenged myself to have more patience during the holidays for service. The holiday season is stressful so thank you team McDonald's. Great job Will once again.

1st time visit to this establishment and was impressed by Patrick (Patricio on his name tag) I had ordered a small mocha frappe & was not told that it wasn't available at the moment, when I reached the window a lady said that they couldn't make it but I could have the caramel one, I explained that my grandchild does not like caramel & she gave me a look like "I couldn't care less" then comes Patrick to the rescue, he was very courteous and explained that there was an issue with the machine he would get me the frappe for the kiddo in 5 mins more or less. This young man showed care and compassion for my special needs grandkid and went above and beyond to make him happy. He arrived to the car with the food & the drink which described by the kiddo was the best he tasted ever. Patrick you rock! You have a good soul and should be praised and recognized by your superiors and peers. Thanks for your kindness.

This McDonalds was open and ready to serve peoples hungry needs at 2AM at night. Nothing wrong or bad to say here, just a quick bite to eat and then headed home. Thank you McDonalds. 🙏🏾

Not much to say, Fast service, food was fresh, and everyone had a smile.

Was coming home from Texas in a car and it was midnight. My family needed something to eat but all of the Mcdonalds' were closed. All of them except for this particular one.
This saving grace would've already promoted me to summon the godliest of blessing upon those who doth work in this establishment.
The food was great, which was surprising since you'd usually feel as though you're eating bland clay when you eat at McDonald's. But I guess food usually tastes good when you're hungrier than Donald Trump looking for votes.
The atmosphere was chill and didn't resemble the Backrooms like other establishments, and the service was heavenly.

I love my local McDonald's. This restaurant is always busy bc it's location is next to the I-4 ramp and Uptown Altamonte. But they are amazing. All of the employees work had and the food is always fresh. I don't often tip fast food places, but I tip the drive through workers because they do so much. I am annoyed that the expresso machine is always "down".

Had a encounter with Darryl in the drive thru. He was so nice and pleasant. The world need more people like him.
