The office was able to provide us with tips and guidance on some activities around Werfen during our stay. The person who was working at the front desk spoke excellent English and provided us with all the information we needed. It's worth noting that you should not expect bag storage here; there are no public lockers in Werfen or its train station. If you need this service, you should strive to arrange this with your accommodations if possible. (We were fortunately able to request assistance from a local business owner!)

As a solo traveler to Werfen with no car, this place was a life saver! I left my bag at the office while exploring the area. The lady working there was super friendly and spoke excellent English.
