Landhaus Lilly

Our stay at Landhaus Lily went way beyond our expectations.It was the perfect location,surrounded by greenery and mountains and next to a river...away from the crowds at Hallstatt but just a short bike or car ride away from the bustling village. There were walking trails nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean.The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful .The breakfast spread was fantastic!! We highly recommend this accomodation!!

Was so happy to stay there, so friendly, helpful and kind hosts. They made our stay unforgettable. They provided free bikes and we had trips around to explore Obertraun and Hallstatt. Homemade cakes and pies was soo yummy. Thank you Gaetane and Milan

Nothing to complain! Everything is perfect! Lovely and comfy house, the amazing view is outside of balcony.

Free bike renting can let you go around Obertraun, even cycle to Hallstatt, or you possibly got stuck to find the parking lots in Hallstatt.

Gaten and Milan are so kindly to take care of us, and the homemade cake was still unforgettable.

Highly recommended for everyone.

Landhaus Lilly is a great bed and breakfast run by really nice and warmhearted people. The room was spotless clean, very nice and spacious. There was a fine and tasty choice at breakfast. Great hospitality, kindness, good recommendations, useful information and nice little chats all made our stay very enjoyable. Landhaus Lilly is well located in a nice area, near Hallstatt lake, but out of the rush and still close to places worth visiting. It is definitely a place you want to come back to. Thanks a lot Liz and Paul.

Lovely, kind and helpful hosts - coupled with cozy apartments. The breakfast was tasty, and there was the option for fish and not just ham or salami. You could also choose your choice of eggs, prepared on the spot, a fresh fruit salad and even a quiche.

Beautiful and modern Guesthouse surrounded by high mountains covered with snow. Paul and Liz prepares daily fresh and delicious breakfast with fresh fruits. Spacious living room can be used throughout the day to drink coffee and tea, and delicious home baked cakes. Located within 5-10 min drive to world famous Hallstatt and giant ice caves. Definitely a great recommendation for nice stay.

Landhaus Lilly is an absolute gem of a stay. If you want to get out of the heavily touristed Hallstatt and plan to immerse yourself in nature, your search for accommodations is over.

A pleasant stroll or short bike ride allows access to downtown Obertraun, the Dachstein Krippensteinbahn (cable car leading up to the 5 Fingers overlook), and the rest that this stunning valley has to offer. Hallstatt is only 20 minutes away on bike, and half that by car. The property is encompassed by spectacular views, and backs right up to the path running along the Traun river.

What truly puts this charming B&B above the rest is the experience the wonderful hosts Liz and Paul provide through their thoughtful management and warming personalities. They go to great lengths to keep their guests as happy and comfortable as possible.

Only thing I would change is my lack of ability to stay longer.

The house is in Obertraun, very near to tourist spot five fingers and only 10 mins drive to Hallstatt. The room is clean and tidy with full amenities. Most importantly the host is really nice and friendly who has also offered ideas for places to visit and have meal (even helped making the reservation)! We had a super pleasant stay there and will definitely recommend this to everyone! :)

Location was perfect. Near some beautiful cities such as Hallsttat and Bad Ischil. The house itself is just beside a lake and a magical forest that has running and biking routes which we happily used every morning for running. The hosts are the best - Liz and Paul go out of their way to help in any way they possibly can - helping facilitate personal needs (special food etc), helping plan tour routes in the area, finding restaurants and more. The rooms are specious, comfortable, and super clean.

Very nice and welcoming hosts. The room was impacebbly clean, there was proper heating and fresh sheets. Very good experience.

Hands down one of the very best places I've ever stayed. Hosts make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Views from any room are to die for. I can't wait to go back for a third time!

6 stars. The hospitality you will find in this place is one of a kind. A must stay if you visit Hallstatt or Salzkammergut region. I can not recommend more. Best b&b we have ever stayed in and best hosts we have ever met.
