The best hotel we have ever stayed since first traveling abroad 20 years ago

We had an amazing stay, the entire hotel team is lovely, very careful to every possible detail, the (fine-dining) food is delicious (compliments to the chef), location is wonderful, rooms are super clean and comfy and everything is absolutely perfect.
We originally booked for 6 nights, but took an extra night because everything was too beautiful to leave home. We would have stayed there forever.
We simply don't have the slightest observation because everything was perfect
For sure we will come back!

We just came in here for lunch at their restaurant, so I can't say for their rooms. But it looks like a very family-oriented hotel, there's game rooms, a ball room (the kind with colourful plastic balls) and a mini theater.
The service is very nice, they have English menus and we were greeted with a happy smile. While the food is delicious, I feel the portions left me wanting.

The best place going with kids .
I was with my niece just two night in tje beginning of July .
I would like to thank you Fani which she is the funniest kindness towards kids .Annika loves her .

Nice Hotel, with friendly, helpful and polite staff...nice breakfast and dinner with a variety of options to choose.

All smiling and friendly staff/managers. Foods are good. My only wish is to have non-German language TV channels. As you know, there is no place to go in the evenings anymore (from the unnecessary Pandemic rules) I left extremely satisfied.

My family and I loved this hotel - the location was central to Salzburg, Hallstatt, and many outdoor attractions for kids and adults alike (summer toboggan runs, hiking, Gosausee, boat rentals). The hotel itself had a game room, swimming pool, bouncy house - both indoor and outdoor activities for kids. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had an incredible view of the mountains. We will definitely be back for another visit and stay at this hotel.

Everything was perfect
The room was amazing , the beds were comfortable and the pillows and covers were premium .
The breakfast and evening dinner were high quality with excellent service
The facilities for kids , the pool , the kids play zone jimbori and above all was the perfect service and family feeling staff .
Each one of the service staff gave us a feeling of being here for years.
So for summary this hotel combines luxury feeling with family touch and great service and the most beautiful area in the world .

La colazione è molto varia con un'elevata qualità dei prodotti.
La piscina ha acqua ruscaldata ed è notevole come dimensione per essere quella di un hotel. Completano i servizi 2 saune e relativi spogliatoi puliti.

Wir, 2 Buben 8 & 10, mein Mann & ich waren wieder zum 2. Mal über Silvester dort!
Unsere Vorfreude wurde übertroffen. Wieder sehr freundlich empfangen, sauberes & schönes Zimmer, top Essen, perfekte Kinderspielmöglichkeiten, Pool schön, Kindersauna, Skidepot direkt an der Piste (welches 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist) & das wichtigste: freundliches Personal (ALLE, ob Zimmermädchen, Rezeption, Service etc.)
Wieder ein tolle/r Silvestergalaabend/-nacht, so persönlich und herzlich!
Fazit: Preis Leistung perfekt, ein toller Skiurlaub für die gesamte Familie!

Tolles Familienhotel, in dem wir uns mit unserer Tochter (2J) sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist sehr gut für allerhand Ausflüge und Wandertouren, das Personal von der Rezeption über Restaurant bis hin zum Zimmerservice überaus freundlich. Die Gartenanlage ist aufgrund des großzügig gestalteten Kinderspielplatzes für Familien ideal. Der Poolbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber mit viel Spielzeug und Badeutensilien ausgestattet. Das Essen ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch der eine oder andere kinderbedingte Sonderwunsch wurde gerne erfüllt. Das Zimmer war klug für eine Kleinfamilie gestaltet, da es eine Art Extrazimmer (getrennt durch eine Schiebetür) gab, in der wir die Kleine schlafen legen und danach noch im Hauptzimmer ungestört lesen usw konnten. An den Rausfallschutz und viele andere Utensilien wurde ebenso gedacht, großes Lob. Einziges Manko waren die unheimlich weichen Matratzen im Doppelbett, aber das ist wohl subjektiv. Alles in allem haben wir eine grandiose Urlaubswoche hier verbracht, haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einer der besten Urlaube. Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, man fühlt sich gleich von Anfang an wohl. Die Familie Wallner und Ihr Team sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es war alles einfach Traumhaft.
Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, dass Essen ist einfach lecker 😋.
Es wurde ohne Probleme auf Unverträglichkeiten(Glutenfrei) beim Essen eingegangen.

Wir bedanken uns nochmal für diesen unvergesslichen und schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier (4 Nächte). Es war alles wunderbar und auch Paare ohne Kinder können sich wohlfühlen. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, schöne und saubere Zimmer, toller Spielbereich im Keller und auch Outdoor für die Kleinen und schöner Poolbereich. Saunen sind ausreichend und die Drinks an der Bar am Abend rundeten die Tage bestens ab. Ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!! Danke auch nochmals a die komplette Belegschaft und das Besitzerpaar.
