COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein

Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable.
Staff were extremely kind, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with a buffet with big variety.
Free sauna and fitness room on the fourth floor,with half an hour notice.
Big bonus the free train pass to Tirol. We will go again for sure.

Very good service from the hotel, with a glass of welcoming fruit juice. The view from the hotel is amazing!!!
20 minutes driving from Hallstatt, not really far, it's recommended for those who have a car and are not willing to pay for €€€ of accommodation in Hallstatt main town.

Great hotel with amazing view to the mountains and the village. The hotel has an amazing terrace from where you can enjoy the views.
The breakfast has large variety and quality food.
The staff was friendly, you can make bookings at the hotel using their tablets with discounts, if you extend your reservation with an extra night you get 10% discount.

The location of the hotel is very nice, room is cozy and clean, the things I didn’t like that the room has separate toilets ( one for shower and sink and one for pooping 😅) and there is no fridge or boiler

Hotel is very beautiful. The accommodation is clean and tidy. For breakfast and dinner is a large selection of food. The nature around the hotel is also beautiful.

The Mountain View from the room was amazing. Caught moon set when I woke up in the morning.(sunset should be really nice too) Room was clean n nice.
Breakfast was one of the most vegan- vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet I ever had, with lots of vegan options.
At 12am, I can still hear music from the lobby? (Or not sure) from other rooms. My only recommendation is request upper floor if you would like more quiet moments. Our room was at the first floor so I can hear music from lower level. Overall experience was nice to stay with COOEE.

Excellent hotel with even better view. Morning view on the balcony is like a dream. It is so peaceful calming, you wish you live there.

It offers hotel and airbnb bookings. It also has a breakfast you can opt-in for the day before.

It is near the main road, but cars cannot be heard. It is near a market (the market is kind of bad), and 20min ride to hallstatt.

The rooms are very modern, beautiful and quite big. The pillows are a bit bland tho.

Prices are good, recommended for some peace and quiet.

My stay in COOEE HOTEL was more than great, starting from the staff at the Front Desk: I checked out with Vimbi and it was one of the nicest experiences I had in this trip (I am traveling around Europe for a month) she was so friendly, also Iva who was very kind by taking me some pics before I left. I have to mention also the lady who checked me in (sorry I didn't ask for her name) , she was very patient with telling me how to move around and which places I can visit given that it was my first time in that area but as a worker at the Front Desk of a hotel too, these 03 ladies just killed it with the service they provide, the room was very comfortable, bed well made and the breakfast is one of the best ones I had in this trip so far. Keep like that :)

Very nice hotel in Salzkammergut, Bad Ischl, Hallstatt, Gosausee, all easy to reach. Great view to Gosaukamm!
Service was nice, pricing is fair, food is great. They offer lunch packages for your sightseeing/hiking. If anything at all could be improved, it would be a little more variety for vegetarian food (but this is just small personal remark - food was great). I can only recommend it!

At the beginning of November, without any particular expectations, we looking for accommodation for a short break in the Austrian Alps and found the Cooee Hotel in the small village of Dachstein. Later we realize that the hotel is only 20 minutes from the world-famous place of Hallstatt. The modern hotel surprised us with the hospitality and friendliness of the employees, as well as with the modern rooms and cleanliness. The large balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and mountains. Cleaning and towel change took place every day. I would like to praise the breakfast and dinner with a wide selection of dishes.

Very nice place to stay with my family in heart of Alps in Gosau. Very modern accommodation, good food, and things to do around. Kids corner is nice for rainy days.

Delicious buffet breakfast with a huge variety of options even for vegans! Rooms are immaculate and beds super comfortable. Rain showerhead was a bliss. There's a bar, sports store on site, and kids play room. Buffet dinner is well priced. The food was ok but again there's a huuuuge variety and the salad bar was a stand out, again plenty of options. Staff can be hit or miss. Location is gorgeous - enjoy the views! Would highly recommend!

The Location was the best. We opted for the room with the Mountain View, which was spectacular. We were warmly welcomed with the welcome drink and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds, clean Bath area and toilet, wide balcony with the best view !!
There was an option to rent out e-bikes from the nearby sport shop. And the breakfast and dinner - wide spread of food and desserts, clean and spacious dining area, friendly staff and the view from the dining area to the mountains- our stomach and minds were full !!
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again.
Parking was free of cost too 😃

Rooms were modern and great. Caught by surprise as previous few stays in ski resort areas' hotels are usually a little less modern. Service is okay. Location is 20mins drive from Hallatatt. Best for those who want better breakfast, better rooms but willing to drive down to Hallstatt
