Ich habe mich vor Kurzem aus Deutschland mit einem Anliegen an Frau Schnopfhagen gewandt. Sie beantwortete meine Anfrage sehr freundlich, bot mir umgehend ihre Hilfe an und erledigte alles äußerst schnell, kompetent und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit! Ich kann Frau Schnopfhagen wirklich besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und werde sie bei Bedarf auch jederzeit wieder kontaktieren. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal auch an dieser Stelle!

Ich bin froh, dass es noch eine Bankfiliale im Ort gibt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Vor allem der junge Mann mit der Brille. Er ist sehr höflich, fleissig aber hat auch immer einen Witz parat. Ich komme sehr gerne hin.

The bank is not able to answer my questions.

One day I wanted to withdraw money from an ATM in another country. I was told by the bank that my daily limit for withdrawing money from an ATM is 400 euros. I was only able to withdraw 200 euros this day, so I called to the bank to ask why I cannot withdraw the other 200 euros. The person talking to me on the phone said "I do not know". Guess what you people.

Even though I had a lot of money on the debit card, on the next day I was not even able to withdraw any money out. My daily limit was 400 euros, and I was not able to withdraw a single euro. The people are doing a really poor job and are being unhelpful to me by not being able to tell me why my card is not working.

These people are just leaving me isolated with problems and frustration sticking around my head. Not impressed.

Do not withdraw from here. They will charge you 4.95 for withdrawal and don't even warn you that they are going to charge you. That's the worst part.

Bad service. 5eur charged for withdrawal from other European banks.

High cash withdrawal fee

Eine Geldautomatengebühr ist ja im Prinzip legitim, aber man sollte sie nicht zu hoch ansetzen und den Kunden klar und deutlich darüber informieren.
Beides war hier leider nicht der Fall:
Stattliche 4,95 EUR nahm die Bank für das Abheben von Bargeld mit meiner VISA-Karte und aufgefallen ist es mir erst im Nachhinein auf der Abrechnung.
Schade, "RAIFFEISENBANK ST. GILGEN" klingt eigentlich so vertrauenswürdig. Aber ich werde in Zukunft einen großen Bogen um diese Bank machen.
