Gradonna Mountain Resort Châlets & Hotel

It was the first time we spent a week in Gradonna, but certainly not the last. The hotel surpassed all our expectations, and a huge part of that was the staff, who greeted us every morning and evening with a level of personal attention that we have probably never experienced in any hotel. Not only did we get breakfast and a fabulous gourmet dinner, but also very useful tips for hikes of the area.
The hotel at once blends in with the surroundings, natural and “raw” where it needs to be, while at the same time having a complete luxury feel. The rooms, the spa are spotlessly clean and I have never come across a hotel with such a good mattress.
Hats off to the team, both in the restaurant, bar, and in feinkostladen :) - extremely nice people who take the extra mile for their guests. As a Hungarian it was especially nice to meet such a team, we had a great chat, thank you! We will be back next summer!

Super location, one should visit this place at least once in year life; our daughter is there one of the cooks, you see her on pics

What a place, views, availability of things and staff. Swimming pool, ski slopes. Especially Markus, he made my day with his service. I enjoyed my trip.

The facilities are superb and allow for families as well as for couples to enjoy relaxing holidays.
Food is very sophisticated and extremely high quality. Gradonna uses local specialities and has a well thought through concept of alternately serving food an a rich buffet.
The service is awesome especially David Feifer. With a genuine smile and very polite he already provides a great service before even asking for something. He really made our restaurant experience special. We will definitely come back to Gradonna!

I am in Gradona second time, and I must say that even we had some complication to get information in the begining, thanks to personal initiative, director Brigitte Berger we got it resolved and it come with great service and amazing time spent here. Service is really superior. Looking forward to come third time.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach super! Die hochwertige Auswahl an Speisen hat unsere Gaumen verwöhnt und der Spa-Bereich war einfach nur traumhaft - die perfekte Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen und zu erholen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Unser Kind hat sich hier pudelwohl gefühlt und wir Eltern konnten so unsere Auszeit noch mehr genießen. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Mein kürzlicher Aufenthalt im Gradonna war fantastisch. Die Lage in den Bergen ist atemberaubend und die einzigartige Architektur des Hotels fügt sich nahtlos in die Umgebung ein. Ein Highlight war definitiv die Möglichkeit, direkt vor dem Hotel auf Skiern loszufahren - ein echter Luxus für Skiliebhaber.

Das Essen war erstklassig und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine perfekte Kombination aus atemberaubender Lage, hervorragendem Essen und super Service. Ich kenn es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

Essen und trinken war super und man wurde gut bedient.
Jeden Abend ein leckeres 5 Gänge Menü.
Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und wunderschöne Aussicht.
Den Kindern haben die Pools und der Natursee super gefallen.
Alles in einem ein super Hotel wenn es auch ein wenig teurer sein darf

Obwohl das Hotel schon einige Jahre besteht, ist es sehr modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ebenso sehr gemütlich und verfügen zudem noch über einen kleinen Erker, der mit einer netten Filzbank ausgestattet ist. Im Zimmer befindet sich natürlich auch ein Zimmersafe. Bademäntel und Sauna-Filztasche sowie Saunapantoffeln (diese können als Geschenk des Hotels mitgenommen werden) sind ebenso vorhanden. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste, sogar ein eigener Ziehweg von der Piste zum Hotel wurde hergezaubert. Vom Hotel aus kann man dadurch auch sofort zu einer Skitour aufbrechen. In ca. 15 Gehminuten oder nicht einmal 5 Minuten mit dem Auto kann man perfekt in die Langlaufloipe einsteigen.

Zum Essen:
Da wir mehrmals bei unseren Verwandten zum Abendessen eingeladen waren, haben wir das Zimmer nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Dieses war sehr gut - es lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen.

Haben eine Rückenmassage genießen dürfen und müssen sagen, dass diese sensationell war. Großes Lob unsererseits an die zwei Masseure! Auch das restliche Personal (Kellner usw.) war stets zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte (aber das ist schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau), dann vielleicht den Wellnessbereich des Hotels. Leider findet kein einziger Aufguss statt, was in einem SPA-Hotel doch sein sollte.

Alles in allem aber äußerst empfehlenswert!
