Awesome food, friendly staff who were more than happy to let me fumble around with german, then speak english with me! Also stayed overnight here and the facilities were outstanding!

Excellent food. Fine drinks. Friendly service. Hot shower. 2hours shorter Expedition to Grossglockner summit. Highly recommended. And Nice breakfast too:-)

5 stars review: My first tour to this hotel in the mountain. They treat us like family with warm welcome and I had a wonderful 2 days with my family accommodation here. Will be back again soon.

Excellent views, great spot for a lunch (of course your only option in the area, but good nevertheless). Friendly staff as well!

Perfect place, great for staying the night before going up to GG. New cottage with great kitchen and the service is very nice.

Very nice place, as well as nice people there. Beautiful rooms, delicious food, breathtaking views from each window. There also is an unlimited shower (both cold and hot water available), a playground and meadows with flowers and cows :) A good place to stay and a wonderful place to have a lunch break during your trekking!

Super nice staff and you can eat here the best soup ever made (even in the morning too:). The surrounding mountains are extremely beautiful, so the best starting point (or to sleep) if you want to make a trip to top of Austria.

Good destination for a hiking trip. Paths are easy and views are spectacular. This cabin is a great spot to have a break. Nice outside seating and friendly service.

Amazing food - literally the best Kaspressknodelsuppe I've ever had. The portion was pretty big as well.

Delicious food after a full day's climb

11 out of 10. i did not expect any vegan option at almost the top of a mountain, in the middle of nowhere. But then they hab several vegan dishes already in the menue. A vegan lentils soup and another surprise for you. Worth to hike there.

I was amazed by this very nice place, I think it was newly renovated. The bathroom is like a bathroom of a 4 star hotel (of course there are only a few) and the view is amazing. You can see the Großglockner directly. The personal is really friendly and always smiling, and the place is also really cheap

A perfect hut. Good food, rooms really cosy and staff was great. Great place to start you climb and is not as high as the other huts
