Max at OSMEN Belrose was awesome. He found us a wonderful outdoor set for our new house. It is the best purchase I've made - great quality, looks smart and super comfortable. He gave us great service. Great delivery - quick turn around. Thanks heaps!

The service at the store was helpful and thorough, my delivery came a few days earlier than expected with a phone call from the office three days before and one from the driver 30 minutes before delivery. I would have preferred to know whether it was going to be in the morning or afternoon, but I know that is not always possible, so I kept the whole day clear. Delivery was about 2pm.
The driver unwrapped my egg chair and installed it, and took all the rubbish away. He was polite and friendly as well.
I was very happy with the service, and my egg chair.

Went to Belrose with a plan to checkout all the stores there for our new outdoor furniture. We got as far as Osmen, met Nathan (who is fantastic) and were done. Beautiful shop with a first class service, great price too! fully recommend!!

Outstanding customer service from Bill yesterday. We had a huge welcome from him. Bill was very patient with us, understood our needs and we felt that we were in good honest hands, whilst being entertained by his colourful character. Helen was also very attentive, listened to our needs and delivered a great alternative and suggestions. Osmen should be proud of their team in Belrose.

Helen was very helpful at the Belrose store and we had prompt delivery and were very happy with our new lounge. Also when one of the chairs was slightly faulty, Helen organized a replacement to be delivered within a few days.
