Freedom - Belrose

Exceptional customer service, the team went above and beyond to help us purchase our bed. Very grateful for the store manager as well, special call out for Ritika. Truly great service.

We had an ongoing issue with delivery of an item, and after having been directed to different departments in Freedom we returned to the Belrose store, which is where we originally purchased the item from. My only regret is not doing so sooner.

Suzy, the store manager, listened to our issue and jumped into action on our behalf to sort the matter out. She went above and beyond to sort our situation out and to turn what had been a long and drawn out issue into a positive experience. The issue had been dragging on for about 5 months, but from the time that Suzy became involved to the time the issue was resolved took only about 3 days.

Mistakes happen in business, how a company responds to those mistakes which is the true test of a company.

We would not hesitate to purchase from Freedom again.

We purchased an electric recliner from freedom Belrose. The sales team promised delivery even though we had difficult access to our unit. Unfortunately the delivery men had not enough personnel to assist in the delivery. After speaking to Dean and Kerrie they organized a courier to ensure proper delivery which went without any issues. Thanks team Belrose for the great customer service and look forward to shopping at Belrose Freedom in the future.

Waiting on a product and also had a defective product bought from Freedom at Auburn. They couldn't do much and had to chase them up. Got onto Freedom at Belrose and one of the managers, Jo (with an accent), was amazing. Quick communication and arranged an exchange with her staff. Impressive and organised. Good work Belrose team.

I went into the store and purchased a Hensley dining table. I love the table and the service was easy and very efficient. Text to confirm delivery, text when delivery booked and call to say they were on the way. Slivered straight into my dining room. Excellent!

Initially i had an issue with this store however i spoke with the manager i think his name was Stuart. He was so helpful and i have never experienced customer service levels like this before honestly if the whole world was as helpful as him the world would be a better place. Thank you Freedom Belrose we will definitely be back, highly recommend
