Lounge Lovers Belrose

We purchased chairs from the Belrose store and the service was professional and friendly and the arrangement of delivery was explained very well.

The communication around our delivery date was stress free and very easy when we had to reschedule our delivery date.

Confirmation of delivery was sent out the day before and on the day we were able to track where the driver was so we knew exactly what time to be home. This was the best experience with a home delivery we have had.

We had a fantastic experience with Lounge Lovers. We purchased a dining table with chairs and a gorgeous 3 seater lounge. With the help of Tina at Belrose, together we nailed the colour schemes and couldn’t be happier. Thanks very much to Tina and the team at Belrose - brilliant service!

Excellent sofa and excellent service in store. The sofa was out of stock but it arrived on the exact day they said it would, which I was not expecting due to COVID restrictions.
Their communication leading up to delivery including notice and time slot confirmation was also excellent. They provided a link so you could literally track the driver. Probably the best delivery comma system I’ve experienced. Finally, the delivery drivers were excellent too. They had huge smiles on their faces and took the sofa upstairs for me no problem. All up, a very satisfying service from lounge lovers from beginning to end!!

The lady in the shop was lovely and helpful. The quality of the seat we got was amazing and is so comfy and finally found a chair with a decent back. The delivery service has been excellent. The system they use keeps you up to date and I like the COVID questions in times like these to protect both you and their staff. Guys that delivered we really polite and helpful. Pretty certain will buy from here again!

Amazing service. Great quality lounge that we absolutely love. The order and delivery process was exceptional. With detailed chatbot communications that were precise and accurate, right from the initial order and delivery schedule, to checking Covid safe a few days before, and confirming approximate delivery the day before, and then an accurate tracking of the delivery team and their position and likely ETA by map. It was amazing. Well done Lounge Lovers on implementing impressive systems and support. The sales team in store was helpful, friendly, not totally up on accuracy of the product, but close and that’s getting picky! I would happily highly rate them and would not hesitate to have that as my first stop when considering home furniture again. In comparison with Nick Scali, they are like chalk and cheese experiences.

I went in store to look at the table I liked from the website. The sales lady was very helpful providing me the information I needed but the space to browse and think. When I purchased the communication was great about expected delivery time etc. Leading up to the delivery the communications was great and the table arrived when expected. The delivery guys were polite and prompt. Even giving me tips on how to assemble. Thanks :)

I bought a gorgeous wooden table and chairs. The table top is brushed wood and my cleaner noticed that it had splintered a bit. I rang LoungeLovers and there was no hesitation in replacing it. It arrived today and I am thrilled with the service and the 3 delivery guys

We bought the 2 seater Divano sofa bed lounge. Not only is it practical, it looks amazing too. Great price and we purchased during the free delivery promo. The guys who installed the lounge were on time, friendly and cleaned up and removed all the packaging. A great experience and would highly recommend Lounge Lovers (Belrose).

Lounge Lovers staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for, lucky for us they had then lounge we wanted in stock and were able to deliver within 4 days. The delivery drivers were great as well and accommodated my request to take around the back of the house.

Our dealings with Lounge Lovers have been extremely good from our original visit to their showroom to sorting out a delayed delivery due to Covid and our rescheduled delivery.

An extremely painless exercise. We saw the exact product we wanted after looking at countless websites. Went for a drive to the retailer who was very knowledgeable about the product we required and placed the order. Our goods were delivered promptly and unpacked. All cartons and packaging were taken away.

Our dealings with the Belrose store was fabulous. We purchased our items during the Covid time and purchased over the phone. The customer service from Tina was great and the delivery occurred promptly and as ordered. We are looking forward to purchasing more items soon.
