Very quick smooth process. Peter found the match for my existing carpet within seconds of walking through the door and very happily prepared quotes for our insurance company. When we went ahead organising the installation through Peter was straightforward. The gentleman that installed the carpet on the day was lovely and very helpful and fixed a couple of spots on my existing carpet in areas where we weren't replacing it, when he noticed there were some lumps and bumps. Would use Carpet Right again.

I have lost count of the number of times I have had Carpet Right lay carpet in the houses I renovate or build and without exception each occasion goes without a hitch with quality layers doing a great job.,
Their selection in the Belrose showroom has all the top end products as well as cheaper choices but I always find the one I want at the best price. I would not waste my time going anywhere else.

We first visited Carpet Right Belrose 8 months ago and then again 2 months ago and on both occasions we received great advice and service.
Once our order was placed we spoke to the carpet layers who also provided good advice on how we best manage the laying of the carpet in a large apartment.
The layers were professional and efficient and it was all done in 1 and 1/2 days. They moved all the heavy furniture and helped me re-assemble our 2 entertainment units, although that is not in their brief.
Overall we were very satisfied with the entire process.

Peter was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with the best advice regarding our carpet purchase. Ash and Aidan who installed the carpet were both professional and friendly and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new carpet!
